东江水务某水厂建设可行性研究报告

【摘要】：随着东莞城市建设的飞速发展，吸引了越来越多的企业进驻东莞，带动了东莞经济的飞速发展；而东莞经济的发展，使东莞供水面临着三方面的考验：一方面投资企业的增多使城市工业用水量大幅增加，，二方面企业的进驻带动东莞流动人口的迅猛增加，居民用水量同样大幅增加，这两个因素使东莞的供水缺口日益扩大。第三方面东莞迅猛发展的经济使东莞的环境污染问题日益严重，而大量村级水厂存在水质量问题，东莞相对单一的水源状况使城市供水形势更趋严峻。为有效填补东莞的供水缺口，保证东莞经济的持续发展，建设新的供水厂已是势在必行；同时，为了应对日渐严重的污染问题，保证东莞人民的生活质量，提高水处理工艺技术也必须纳入东莞供水的规划议程内。本文通过对东莞地理水文及城市发展情况介绍；同时对东莞经济发展、人口增长等因素进行深入分析，从而为新水厂建设确立充分依据，进而对东莞城市经济发展规划、人口发展预测等信息进行研究，确定水厂建设的规模，并对此规模的水厂建设投资进行财务分析，最后确认水厂的建设投资是可行的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of Dongguan urban construction, more and more enterprises have been attracted to enter Dongguan, which has led to the rapid development of Dongguan economy. With the development of Dongguan economy, Dongguan water supply is facing three tests: on the one hand, the increase of investment enterprises leads to a significant increase in urban industrial water consumption, on the other hand, the entry of enterprises leads to the rapid increase of Dongguan floating population. Residents also use a large increase in water consumption, these two factors make Dongguan's water supply gap is widening day by day. Third, with the rapid development of Dongguan economy, the environmental pollution problem in Dongguan is becoming more and more serious, and there are water quality problems in a large number of village-level water plants. The relatively single water supply situation in Dongguan makes the urban water supply situation more serious. In order to effectively fill the gap of water supply in Dongguan and ensure the sustainable development of Dongguan economy, it is imperative to build a new water supply plant. At the same time, in order to deal with the increasingly serious pollution problem and ensure the quality of life of Dongguan people, improving water treatment technology must also be included in the planning agenda of Dongguan water supply. This paper introduces the geography, hydrology and urban development of Dongguan. At the same time, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of Dongguan's economic development, population growth and other factors, so as to establish a sufficient basis for the construction of new water plants, and then study the information such as Dongguan urban economic development planning and population development forecast, and determine the scale of water plant construction. The financial analysis of the water plant construction investment on this scale is carried out, and finally it is confirmed that the water plant construction investment is feasible.
