山区高寒环境下机制砂高强与高性能混凝土施工成套技术研究

【摘要】:高性能混凝土是一种在大幅度提高普通混凝土性能的基础上,采用现代混凝土技术制作的新型高技术混凝土,能更好地满足结构功能和施工工艺的要求,混凝土使用寿命大幅度提高,工程造价降低。针对贵州山区高寒气候条件,根据贵州地区机制砂、工业掺合料等混凝土原材料特点,以先进混凝土理论为指导,选择代表性混凝土工程,吸取国内外和行业内外的先进成熟技术,研究机制砂高性能混凝土配合比设计、配制、施工、养护、过程控制等成套应用技术,并研究其在公路工程中的实际应用,使得贵州地区公路混凝土工程技术先进,质量、安全可靠,经济合理,为公路工程的机制砂混凝土工程质量提供技术指导。 首先采用砂浆进行力学性能优化试验,采用水泥浆体进行流动性试验与流动度损失试验,提出高性能混凝土配合比具体设计步骤使混凝土获得预期的高耐久、高流动度、高强等性能。利用黔西到织金段六冲河大桥施工现场原材料,通过优化原材料、配制出C60强度等级的机制砂高强高性能混凝土,研究各种参数的变化对混凝土的性能影响规律,并对其力学性能、耐久性及混凝土的微观结构进行研究,最终研究得出合适山区高寒地区使用的C60机制砂高强高性能混凝土的配合比技术,进而指导工程应用。
[Abstract]:High performance concrete is a new type of high technology concrete made by modern concrete technology on the basis of greatly improving the performance of ordinary concrete, which can better meet the requirements of structural function and construction technology. It makes the highway concrete engineering in Guizhou area advanced in technology, safe and reliable, economical and reasonable, and provides technical guidance for the quality of mechanized sand concrete project in highway engineering. Firstly, the mechanical properties optimization test is carried out by mortar, and the mobility test and mobility loss test are carried out by cement paste.
