运营功能优先的基础设施建设项目设计阶段造价控制研究

【摘要】：设计阶段是控制造价和进行功能设计的关键阶段,重点研究运营功能优先的基础设施项目设计阶段的造价控制研究,通过对建运一体投资控制组织模式与基于价值工程方法提升基础设施项目运营功能和造价控制的综合考虑,达到功能和成本的最佳匹配点,提高项目价值,实现基础设施项目的可持续发展。
[Abstract]:The design stage is the key stage to control the cost and carry on the function design. The research on the cost control in the design stage of the infrastructure project with priority operation function is focused on. Through the comprehensive consideration of the integrated investment control organization mode of construction and transportation and the promotion of the operation function and cost control of the infrastructure project based on the value engineering method, the best matching point between the function and the cost can be achieved, and the project value can be improved. To achieve the sustainable development of infrastructure projects.
