我国商业建筑屋顶花园设计探析

【摘要】：城市的高速发展使得城市生态环境问题愈发严重,高楼大厦不断迭起,绿化用地日渐缩减,城市化进程却从未放缓,这种恶性循环使我们深刻认识到发展立体绿化的重要性。屋顶花园作为立体绿化的主要形式,对于环境污染严重的城市中心商业建筑区域有着重要作用,不仅可以改善城市中心生态环境,还能够提升城市文化内涵,抚慰都市人的疲惫心灵,但目前针对商业建筑屋顶花园设计的研究尚不多见。本文根据全球立体绿化的发展趋势和建筑大师勒·柯布西耶的建筑思想,运用文献研究法、实例分析法、比较研究法和归纳总结法,分析论证了我国屋顶花园发展中存在的资金缺乏、国民认识不深、绿化形式单一等问题,探讨了商业建筑较其他类型建筑发展屋顶花园在地产形势、经济实力、资源共享度等方面的优势。重点运用屋顶花园的一般设计原则并通过实例分析,对商业建筑屋顶花园的景观设计原则进行探索和讨论,从造型的美观性、社会的人文性和发展的合理性三个角度出发分析并列举设计手法,以期为今后商业建筑屋顶花园的设计发展找寻一些灵感和思路。城市环境问题是当代城市持续发展所遇到的一个瓶颈,至今没有任何一种措施可以全面解决城市绿化这个难题。商业建筑屋顶花园能够使屋顶绿化的生态效益、经济效益和景观效益等多种价值得到最大发挥,并能被人们迅速接受,进而影响带动着其他类型建筑屋顶花园的建设发展,以促进整个城市屋顶绿化的全面发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the city, the problems of urban ecological environment are becoming more and more serious. High-rise buildings continue to rise, greening land is decreasing day by day, but the process of urbanization has never slowed down. This vicious circle makes us deeply realize the importance of developing three-dimensional greening. As the main form of three-dimensional greening, roof garden plays an important role in the commercial building area of urban center with serious environmental pollution. It can not only improve the ecological environment of urban center, but also enhance the connotation of urban culture and soothe the tired hearts of urban people. However, there are few studies on the design of roof garden of commercial buildings at present. According to the development trend of global three-dimensional greening and the architectural thought of architect Le Corbusier, this paper analyzes and demonstrates the lack of funds, the lack of national understanding and the single form of greening in the development of roof gardens in China by using the methods of literature research, case analysis, comparative research and induction and summary, and probes into the real estate situation and economic strength of the development of roof gardens in commercial buildings compared with other types of buildings. Advantages in terms of resource sharing. Based on the general design principles of roof garden and the analysis of examples, this paper probes into and discusses the landscape design principles of commercial building roof garden, analyzes and enumerates the design techniques from three angles: the beauty of modeling, the humanism of society and the rationality of development, in order to find some inspiration and train of thought for the design and development of roof garden of commercial building in the future. The problem of urban environment is a bottleneck encountered in the sustainable development of contemporary cities. Up to now, there is no measure to solve the problem of urban greening in an all-round way. The roof garden of commercial building can maximize the ecological benefit, economic benefit and landscape benefit of roof greening, and can be accepted rapidly by people, thus affecting the construction and development of other types of roof garden, in order to promote the all-round development of roof greening in the whole city.
