景观都市主义思想下城市工业废弃地设计与修复初探

【摘要】:随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市工业废弃地的出现成为必然。在我国提倡生态文明和可持续发展的大背景下,社会的目光逐渐转向这些工业废弃地,它们一方面承载了历史的记忆,另一方面也对环境造成了污染。如何解决城市工业废弃地带来的一系列问题,合理确定城市工业废弃地的改造方式成为当下热点。景观都市主义思想在解决城市化进程中出现的一系列问题时提出了可行性理论,并大量在欧美国家付诸实践。在这种情况下,运用景观都市主义思想,探寻适合我国城市工业废弃地生态设计与修复改造的理论体系,成为解决我国城市化问题的唯一方法。 本文首先运用文献查阅法对城市工业废弃地和景观都市主义等相关概念进行界定,总结了城市工业废弃地的价值所在和城市工业废弃地的类型及改造方式,并查阅了城市工业废弃地改造的发展历程,深入解析了景观都市主义的内涵和发展历程及其在解决城市化问题中发挥的重要作用;其次,运用实例分析法和对比分析法对国内外城市工业废弃地改造案例进行分析,得出值得我国借鉴的城市工业废弃地设计与改造的经验;再次,运用归纳演绎法将景观都市主义相关理论和城市工业废弃地改造的经典案例进行总结,结合景观生态学、恢复生态学等提出适合我国城市工业废弃地生态设计与恢复改造的理论体系,即“调查——解析”,“景观结构——塑造”,“生态——构建”理论体系;最后,将这一理论体系运用于上海市奉城镇工业废弃地的生态设计与修复改造中,在设计和恢复过程中运用实地调查法调查区域的非生物和生物要素,运用多因子分析法对区域和基地各种资源进行分析,塑造基地景观轴线及水平和垂直景观结构,运用恢复生态学、景观生态学等方法对基地的土壤、水系、植被进行生态恢复,构建工业生态系统、农田生态系统和湿地生态系统。 本文构建的景观都市主义思想下城市工业废弃地生态设计与改造的理论体系希望可以为我国今后工业废弃地的改造提供一定的理论参考,从而为实现创建生态文明和可持续发展的中国特色社会主义新型城市做出应有的贡献。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the emergence of urban industrial wasteland has become inevitable. Under the background of advocating ecological civilization and sustainable development in our country, the attention of society gradually turns to these industrial wastelands, on the one hand, they carry the memory of history, on the other hand, they also pollute the environment. How to solve a series of problems caused by urban industrial wasteland and reasonably determine the transformation mode of urban industrial wasteland has become a hot spot at present. The thought of landscape urbanism puts forward the feasibility theory when solving a series of problems in the process of urbanization, and puts it into practice in a large number of European and American countries. In this case, using landscape urbanism to explore the theoretical system suitable for the ecological design and restoration and transformation of urban industrial wasteland in China has become the only way to solve the problem of urbanization in China. Firstly, this paper defines the related concepts of urban industrial wasteland and landscape urbanism by using the method of literature review, summarizes the value of urban industrial wasteland and the types and transformation methods of urban industrial wasteland, and consults the development course of urban industrial wasteland transformation, and deeply analyzes the connotation and development process of landscape urbanism and its important role in solving the problem of urbanization. Secondly, the case analysis and comparative analysis are used to analyze the cases of urban industrial wasteland transformation at home and abroad, and the experience of urban industrial wasteland design and transformation worthy of reference in our country is obtained. Thirdly, the related theories of landscape urbanism and the classical cases of urban industrial wasteland transformation are summarized by inductive deductive method. Combined with landscape ecology and restoration ecology, the theoretical system suitable for the ecological design and restoration and transformation of urban industrial wasteland in China is put forward, that is, "investigation-analysis", "landscape structure-shaping" and "ecology-construction" theoretical system. Finally, this theoretical system is applied to the ecological design and restoration of Fengcheng industrial wasteland in Shanghai. In the process of design and restoration, the abiotic and biological elements of the area are investigated by field investigation method, the regional and base resources are analyzed by multi-factor analysis, the landscape axis and horizontal and vertical landscape structure of the base are shaped, and the restoration ecology, landscape ecology and other methods are used to analyze the soil of the base. Water system, vegetation ecological restoration, construction of industrial ecosystem, farmland ecosystem and wetland ecosystem. Under the thought of landscape urbanism, the theoretical system of ecological design and transformation of urban industrial wasteland under the thought of landscape urbanism hopes to provide some theoretical reference for the transformation of industrial wasteland in China in the future, so as to make due contributions to the establishment of a new socialist city with Chinese characteristics with ecological civilization and sustainable development.
