基于IES-VE模拟的夏热冬冷地区办公建筑外遮阳效能研究

【摘要】:全球气候变化与资源能源的浪费带来的负面作用深刻影响着人类的生存和发展,是各国共同面临的重大挑战。目前,世界主要发达国家均将建筑行业作为了应对气候变化的重点领域,主要通过发展节约能源和资源且环保的绿色建筑来减少建筑能源消耗。夏热冬冷地区,夏季强烈日晒导致室内热舒适环境质量的低下。外窗,作为建筑围护结构中能耗损失最为薄弱的环节,采用建筑外遮阳可以一定程度提高建筑的能源利用率。 本文运用IES-VE对办公建筑的外遮阳的类型及构件尺寸的探索研究,主要包括窗户位于不同朝向时,采用何种遮阳类型建筑的总体能耗最低,以及采用某一种遮阳形式后,东、南、西、北四个朝向分别设置怎样的构件尺寸,可以使建筑的整体能耗最低。希望可以对未来夏热冬冷地区办公建筑设计时,提供具有一定价值的建筑外遮阳数据说明。 首先,论文主要介绍研究背景、研究目的和意义,指出研究建筑遮阳设计与优化的必要性和重要性。其次,介绍国内外建筑遮阳的研究现状,包括国内外传统遮阳方式、现代遮阳类型、遮阳节能趋势研究,以及较为著名的遮阳案例实践。再次,建立一个具有普遍性的单体模拟房间,利用IES-VE能耗模拟软件,对其窗口朝向及遮阳构件尺寸进行分类模拟,得出各种类型遮阳构建尺寸的最佳值。最后,选取一例杭州市某办公建筑物,结合基于遮阳措施的综合节能效果而得出的构建尺寸,对建筑进行遮阳优化设计改造,并进行案例分析,对比改造后建筑的空调系统加热制冷能耗值,验证所得研究结果切实可行性。
[Abstract]:The negative effects of global climate change and the waste of resources and energy have a profound impact on the survival and development of human beings, which is a major challenge faced by all countries. At present, the major developed countries in the world regard the construction industry as the key area to deal with climate change, mainly through the development of energy and resources and environmental protection of green buildings to reduce building energy consumption. In hot summer and cold winter, the strong sun in summer leads to the low quality of indoor thermal comfort environment. The outer window, as the weakest link of energy consumption loss in the building envelope, the use of external shading can improve the energy efficiency of the building to a certain extent. In this paper, IES-VE is used to explore the types and component dimensions of the outer shading of office buildings, including what kind of shading type buildings have the lowest overall energy consumption when the windows are located in different directions, and what kind of component sizes are set in the east, south, west and north directions after adopting a certain shading form, so that the overall energy consumption of the building can be minimized. It is hoped that the design of office buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas in the future can provide some valuable data explanation for external shading of buildings. First of all, the paper mainly introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, and points out the necessity and importance of studying the design and optimization of architectural shading. Secondly, the research status of building shading at home and abroad is introduced, including the traditional shading mode at home and abroad, the modern shading type, the research on the trend of sunshade energy saving, and the more famous shading case practice. Thirdly, a universal single simulation room is established, and the window orientation and shading component size are classified and simulated by using IES-VE energy consumption simulation software, and the optimal values of various types of shading construction dimensions are obtained. Finally, an office building in Hangzhou is selected, combined with the construction size based on the comprehensive energy saving effect of shading measures, the sunshade optimization design and transformation are carried out, and the case analysis is carried out to compare the energy consumption value of heating and refrigeration of the air conditioning system of the rebuilt building, and the feasibility of the research results is verified.
