浙江宁海许家山石墙木构民居建筑研究

【摘要】：宁海地区的石墙木构民居村落和建筑因为地理位置偏僻、交通不便等原因，受到人们的关注度不高，在当地社会经济高速发展状态下，村民普遍外迁务工，古旧村落和传统民居也无法适应现代生活方式的需要，逐渐的被遗弃甚至拆除。作为宁海传统民居的一个组成部分，它所拥有的文化属性、建筑特色都是十分具有研究价值的。 本文以浙江宁海许家山石墙木构民居建筑为研究对象，首先介绍宁海石墙木构民居建筑的历史、成因、现状分布以及宁海地区的主要代表，然后对许家山村落的形成、现状的总体布局以及当前村内民居建筑的具体情况进行归纳整理分析，再结合实地测绘调研得到的图纸、数据等资料，从建筑构成的角度对许家山石墙木构民居的平面类型、建筑形象、结构构造以及材质色彩进行研究。 研究通过对测绘资料的整理和归纳，以及对许家山典型传统民居的类型、构成和建造技术的探讨，，希望能够为许家山石墙木构村落以及单体建筑的保护利用和修复提供帮助，并为浙东其他地区的同类案例提供参考。
[Abstract]:The village and the building of the stone wall in the Ninghai area are not very much attention because of the remoteness of the geographical location and the inconveniences of the traffic. In the state of the high-speed development of the local social economy, the villagers have a general migrant worker. The old village and the traditional folk house are also unable to adapt to the needs of the modern life style, and gradually abandoned and even removed. As an integral part of the traditional folk house of the Ninghai, it is of great value to study the cultural attributes and architectural characteristics. In this paper, the history, the origin, the distribution of the present situation and the main representative of the Ninghai area are introduced, and then the shape of the village of Xujiashan is introduced. The general layout of the present situation and the specific conditions of the existing building in the current village are summarized and analyzed, and the plane type, the building shape and the building shape of the wooden houses of the Xujiashan stone wall are made from the angle of the construction of the building, in combination with the data of the drawings and data obtained by the field mapping and survey.
