哈尔滨大型商场中庭热环境分析及设计研究

【摘要】:随着国民经济的发展,生活品质逐渐受到人们关注,建筑空间是否舒适已经成为了使用者们主要关心的问题。中庭空间微气候是整个建筑生态环境的重要组成部分,其作用是无法替代的,将中庭比喻成整个建筑的肺空间,这一点都不夸张,因此在设计中缺乏对中庭的考虑,会直接影响建筑整体的空间功能,不仅造成能源大规模浪费,而且中庭环境舒适度也得不到保证,设计中庭的意义将不复存在。所以目前重点需要研究的问题就是如何为使用者创造一个舒适宜人的中庭环境。 本文通过对哈尔滨地区商场中庭情况进行现场调研分析后,根据本文研究的具体要求和哈尔滨居民活动特点,选取了两处最具代表性的商场作为本文研究对象。这两处商场基本囊括了最主要的中庭空间类型,并且所处区域对居民生活较为重要,使调查数据的研究结果能够覆盖哈尔滨地区更多的商场中庭空间,令研究结果更具普遍性。本文研究对象分别是哈尔滨新一百购物广场和哈尔滨金安国际购物广场的中庭空间,通过对现场调研数据结果进行系统分析,,利用surfer软件模拟了中庭各层空气温度、湿度、空气流速的水平分布状况,阐述了不同物理因素对商场中庭热环境的影响。从商场中庭的空间环境、物理环境、个体差异三方面进行分析,对满足顾客热舒适需求的中庭环境进行了探索,提出一些控制建筑中庭室内热环境的建筑设计方法及控制策略。另外,本文就可再生能源在商场中庭上的利用也提出了一些观点。 商场中庭是个较复杂的空间形式,关于热环境方面的研究还仍处于探索阶段,本论文希望通过对哈尔滨新一百购物广场中庭和金安国际购物广场中庭的测试和分析研究,能给建筑设计工作者和相关研究人员提供一定参考。

[Abstract]:With the development of national economy, people pay more and more attention to the quality of life. Whether the building space is comfortable or not has become the main concern of users. Atrium space microclimate is an important part of the ecological environment of the whole building, and its function can not be replaced. It is no exaggeration to compare the atrium to the lung space of the whole building. Therefore, the lack of consideration of the atrium in the design will directly affect the overall spatial function of the building, not only cause large-scale waste of energy, but also the comfort of the atrium environment can not be guaranteed, and the significance of the design atrium will cease to exist. Therefore, the key problem needs to be studied is how to create a comfortable and pleasant atrium environment for users. Based on the field investigation and analysis of the atrium situation of shopping malls in Harbin, according to the specific requirements of this study and the characteristics of Harbin residents' activities, two of the most representative shopping malls are selected as the research objects of this paper. These two shopping malls basically include the most important types of atrium space, and the area is more important to the lives of residents, so that the research results of the survey data can cover more atrium space in Harbin area, and make the research results more universal. The object of this paper is the atrium space of Harbin Xin100 Shopping Mall and Harbin Jinan International Shopping Mall respectively. Through the systematic analysis of the field investigation data, the horizontal distribution of air temperature, humidity and air velocity in each layer of atrium is simulated by surfer software, and the influence of different physical factors on the thermal environment of atrium in shopping mall is expounded. Based on the analysis of the space environment, physical environment and individual differences of atrium in shopping malls, this paper probes into the atrium environment which meets the needs of customers' thermal comfort, and puts forward some architectural design methods and control strategies for controlling the thermal environment of atrium in buildings. In addition, this paper also puts forward some views on the use of renewable energy in the atrium of shopping malls. The atrium in shopping mall is a complex spatial form, and the research on thermal environment is still in the exploratory stage. This paper hopes that through the test and analysis of the atrium of Harbin New 100 Shopping Mall and Jinan International Shopping Mall, it can provide some reference for architectural designers and related researchers.
