和世界遗产相关联的澳门城市规划

【摘要】：澳门是一个世界遗产与全城密切关联的城市。"澳门历史城区"世界遗产占据了澳门本岛9.3km2中的1.23km2。世界遗产委员会建议缔约国政府统筹安排澳门世界遗产与城市整体规划的协调发展。澳门世界遗产的特点主要是港口城市与中西文化的交融。保护好"澳门历史城区"世界遗产,并使之与澳门整体发展相协调的要点,在于确保这两大特征的存续和传承。澳门《城市规划法》的颁布实施为上述保护和协调工作提供了基础和保障。具体实施,要特别关注一些节点、要素和相互的关联。
[Abstract]:Macao is a city closely related to the whole city. "Macao Historical City" World Heritage site occupies 1.23km2 in the 9.3km2 of Macao. The World Heritage Committee recommends that the Government of the State party coordinate the development of Macao World Heritage and the overall planning of the city. Macao World Heritage is mainly characterized by the blending of port cities and Chinese and Western cultures. The key point of protecting the world heritage of "Macao Historical City" and coordinating it with the overall development of Macao lies in ensuring the survival and inheritance of these two characteristics. The promulgation and implementation of Macao Urban Planning Law provides the basis and guarantee for the above protection and coordination work. Specific implementation, we should pay special attention to some nodes, elements and mutual correlation.
