【摘要】:我国砂岩油藏分布广泛,储量丰富,然而在注水开发过程中,大多数油田都已进入了高含水阶段。长期水驱加重油层的非均质性和层内矛盾,使孔喉半径、渗透率增大,注水井和油井之间逐渐形成了优势渗流通道。注入水优先沿高渗孔道流动,造成注入水低效或无效循环,降低水驱效率,甚至起不到驱油作用直接从油井中产出,严重影响开发效益。因此,为了能够提高产量,必须要准确地描述出渗流通道以及高渗孔道的孔径范围、孔道体积、各级孔道体积占总孔道体积的百分比等关键参数。长期以来,对优势渗流通道的判别方法主要是定性识别,由于受到井眼环境因素的影响,通过测井资料识别优势渗流通道存在很多不确定性。因此,准确地对注采井之间的优势渗流通道进行全面的定量计算,并分析注采井之间的孔道发育情况,仍有待进一步的深入研究。本文以王官屯油田C断块为例,根据该区块的地质概况和储层特征,确定注采单元中渗流通道的分布区域,研究渗流通道孔径分布和孔道体积的计算方法,根据实际情况,将孔径划分级为超大孔道、大孔道、中孔道、小孔道四个级别。通过对油田原始数据的分析处理,模拟注采单元中各级孔道的分布情况和孔道参数,并结合示踪剂监测结果,对注采单元之间的渗流通道发育状况进行验证和定性判断。除此之外,通过对比分析油层和油水同层的采出程度之间的关系,模拟研究油水同层时渗流通道的孔径和体积参数。同时还提出了根据孔径下限设计堵剂用量的新方法,据此计算调剖剂量,为更加准确的指导油田调堵施工提供可靠依据。
[Abstract]:Sandstone reservoirs in China are widely distributed and have abundant reserves. However, in the process of water injection development, most oilfields have entered the stage of high water cut. Long-term water flooding has aggravated the heterogeneity and inner-layer contradiction of oil layers, which makes the radius of pore throat. With the increase of permeability, the dominant seepage channel is gradually formed between the injection well and the oil well, and the injection water flows along the high permeability pore channel preferentially, which results in the inefficient or ineffective circulation of the injection water and reduces the efficiency of water flooding. Therefore, in order to improve the production rate, it is necessary to accurately describe the pore size and volume of percolation channels and high permeability channels. For a long time, the discriminant method of dominant percolation channel is mainly qualitative identification, because of the influence of borehole environmental factors. There are many uncertainties in identifying the dominant percolation channel by logging data. Therefore, the comprehensive quantitative calculation of the dominant percolation channel between injection-production wells and the analysis of the pore development between injection-production wells are carried out. Taking C fault block of Wangguantun Oilfield as an example, according to the geological situation and reservoir characteristics of the block, the distribution area of percolation channel in injection-production unit is determined. The pore size distribution and pore volume of percolation channel are studied. According to the actual situation, the pore size is divided into large pore channel, large pore channel and middle pore channel. Through the analysis and processing of the original data of oil field, the distribution and parameters of each level of pore in injection-production unit are simulated, and the monitoring results of tracer are combined. The development of seepage channels between injection-production units is verified and qualitatively judged. In addition, the relationship between recovery degree of oil layer and oil-water layer is analyzed by contrast. The pore size and volume parameters of the flow channel in the same oil and water layer were simulated. A new method to design the amount of plugging agent according to the lower pore size was also put forward, according to which the profile control dose was calculated. It provides a reliable basis for more accurate guidance of oil field plugging construction.
