【摘要】:清洁润滑快钻剂CLSD以废弃油脂为原料,在确定其合成工艺和技术参数基础上而制得,室内性能评价结果表明其具有优良的综合性能:配伍性良好,基本不影响流变性,能适当降低中压滤失量;接触角为170.5°,亲油疏水性强,清洁润湿性好,容易吸附在金属表面铺展形成油膜;0.4%浓度时表面张力降低率为68.69%,使钻井液更容易渗入钻头冲击井底岩石时所形成的微裂缝中,降低储层水锁伤害;极压润滑系数降低率为91.83%,泥饼黏附系数降低率为62.67%,且随着温度的升高,润滑性增强,能降低扭矩及钻井液摩擦力;抑制性强,抗饱和NaCl;抗温达160℃,而且高温热滚后基本不起泡,随着井深增加钻井液性能稳定,适用于深井或超深井;能减小压持效应,提高钻速,室内钻井模拟其机械钻速提高率可达35.2%。
[Abstract]:The clean lubricating fast drilling agent CLSD was made from waste oil and grease, and its synthetic technology and technical parameters were determined. The results of indoor performance evaluation showed that it had excellent comprehensive performance: good compatibility. It has no effect on rheology and can reduce the pressure loss. The contact angle is 170.5 掳, which has strong hydrophobicity, good cleanness and wettability, and is easy to be adsorbed on metal surface to form oil film. The reduction rate of surface tension at the concentration of 0.4% is 68.69, which makes the drilling fluid more easily penetrate into the micro-fractures formed when the bit hits the rock bottom of the well, and reduce the damage of water lock in the reservoir. The reduction rate of extreme pressure lubrication coefficient is 91.83 and the decrease rate of mud cake adhesion coefficient is 62.67. With the increase of temperature, the lubricity increases and the torque and the friction of drilling fluid can be reduced.
