【摘要】:淮安储气库、楚州储气库等西气东输外围储气库纯盐段厚度较小,若建库采用常规直井单腔造腔工艺,则必须钻深井连通不同深度的盐层。随钻井深度的增加,储气压力升高,地温升高,投资增加,蠕变效应也将增加。而采用水平造腔技术,可以在浅层选择相对较厚的纯盐段建造水平腔,从而最大化地利用盐岩体积。通过对水平造腔工艺、水平盐腔稳定性以及经济性进行分析,论证了水平造腔技术在中国的可行性。结果表明:水平造腔成本较小,且腔体稳定性能够满足注采运行条件,但是腔体形状的控制与检测尚存在一定困难,可以通过开展水平造腔试验和调整声呐参数确定腔体形状控制方法,并精确检测腔体形状。

The horizontal cavity making process, analyze the level of salt cavity stability and economic feasibility, level of cavity making technology in Chinese. Results show that the level of the cavity and the cavity stability cost, can meet the injection operation conditions, but the control and detection of cavity shape is difficult, can carry out horizontal cavity test and adjust the parameters of Sonar Cavity Shape Control Method, and accurately detect the shape of the cavity.
