【摘要】:在苏里格气田天然气的开采中,地层水会侵入气藏并伴随天然气一同被采出,将气田采出水进行简单处理后再回注,既可以减少环境污染,又可以节约水资源。但是随着气田采出水处理系统的运行,污水处理系统常常出现管线刺漏、设备腐蚀穿孔的现象,严重影响着生产的正常运行,造成了严重的经济损失。本课题针对苏里格天然气处理厂水处理系统管线腐蚀的具体情况。通过对苏里格气田采出水进行水质分析,确定水质的离子成分及特性,并对管线中的腐蚀产物进行电镜扫描、能谱分析、X衍射。并且通过对影响20#钢腐蚀的各种因素进行了室内实验研究,得出了温度、含氧量、Cl-含量、PH值、流速、振动等对20#钢的腐蚀速率的影响规律。用静态挂片实验筛选出适合苏里格气田采出水水质特征的杀菌剂、缓蚀剂及加量浓度。本文从应用的可行性和经济性角度出发,对苏里格气田污水的腐蚀问题进行实际调查、实验和理论分析,设计了一套适合苏里格气田污水现场应用的防腐措施方案。
[Abstract]:In the exploitation of natural gas in Sulige gas field, formation water will invade the gas reservoir and be produced along with natural gas. It can reduce the environmental pollution by simply treating the produced water of the gas field and re-injecting it. But with the operation of the water treatment system in the gas field, the sewage treatment system often appears pipeline leakage, equipment corrosion perforation phenomenon, which seriously affects the normal operation of production. This subject aims at the concrete condition of pipeline corrosion in water treatment system of Sulige natural gas treatment plant. Through the analysis of the produced water quality of Sulige gas field. The ion composition and characteristics of water quality were determined, and the corrosion products in the pipeline were scanned by electron microscope and analyzed by X-ray diffraction. The laboratory experiments were carried out on various factors affecting the corrosion of 20 # steel. The pH value and flow rate of the temperature, oxygen content and Cl-content are obtained. The effect of vibration on the corrosion rate of 20 # steel was studied. The fungicides suitable for the characteristics of produced water quality in Sulige gas field were screened by static hanging test. From the point of view of feasibility and economy of application, the corrosion problem of sewage in Sulige gas field is investigated, tested and analyzed theoretically. A set of anticorrosive measures suitable for the field application of sewage in Sulige gas field is designed.
