分段压裂水平井产能预测

【摘要】：水平井压裂技术已经成为提高油井产能、油气藏采收率的重要措施之一。目前压裂水平井产能计算多以假设裂缝等间距分布为前提进行研究的,而实际生产中裂缝多为不等间距分布。因此,对分段压裂水平井产能的研究具有重要的理论及现实意义。本文对压裂水平井裂缝形成的机理以及对所要研究的横向裂缝进行了重点分析和研究。对前人的产能模型进行了分析总结,然后在压裂水平井产能理论的基础上,建立了水平井压裂出3条横向裂缝任意间距组合的产能模型,利用Visual Basic6.0编制了水平井产能计算软件,并与前人的模型进行了对比分析。分析了裂缝参数对水平井产能的影响,分析表明压裂水平井的产量随着裂缝条数、裂缝长度和裂缝导流能力的增加而增加,但增加幅度逐渐减小。对于不同的裂缝布局方案,压裂水平井的产量是不一样的,两端裂缝长中间裂缝短有利于水平井的开采。当裂缝平面与水平井夹角逐渐增大时,压裂水平井的产量也随之增加,这是因为各条裂缝之间的垂直距离变大使得各条裂缝之间的相互干扰减小。
[Abstract]:Horizontal well fracturing technology has become one of the important measures to improve oil well productivity and oil and gas reservoir recovery. At present, the productivity calculation of fracturing horizontal wells is based on the assumption of equal spacing distribution of fractures. However, in actual production, the cracks are mostly distributed with unequal spacing. It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the productivity of fracturing horizontal wells. In this paper, the formation mechanism of fractures in fractured horizontal wells and the transverse fractures to be studied are emphatically analyzed and studied. The model is analyzed and summarized. Then based on the productivity theory of fracturing horizontal wells, a productivity model of arbitrary spacing combination of three transverse fractures in horizontal wells is established. The software of horizontal well productivity calculation is compiled by Visual Basic6.0, and compared with previous models, and the influence of fracture parameters on horizontal well productivity is analyzed. The analysis shows that the production of fracturing horizontal wells increases with the number of fractures, fracture length and fracture conductivity, but the increasing range decreases gradually. The production of fractured horizontal wells is different, and the long and short middle fractures at both ends are beneficial to the production of horizontal wells. When the angle between fracture plane and horizontal wells increases gradually, the production of fracturing horizontal wells also increases. This is because the vertical distance between the cracks increases so that the mutual interference between the fractures is reduced.
