螺旋焊管成型控制技术研究

【摘要】:随着油气输送管线的不断开发建设,焊接钢管在不断向大口径、大壁厚、高钢级发展。螺旋焊管由于设备的投资成本较低、生产线的设备重量比较轻、生产效率高、可以用宽度小的带钢生产出不同管径的钢管等特点使其成为国内外输油输气管线用管的基本管型。本论文结合山东胜利钢管有限公司生产实际,研究了螺旋埋弧焊钢管成型的工艺参数对成型质量的影响,剖析了螺旋埋弧焊钢管的存在的优势和缺陷以及螺旋成型对钢管质量(主要是焊缝质量和外观质量)的影响机制。本论文重点对螺旋焊管在成型过程中存在的具体问题进行了分析研究,解析了影响螺旋焊管成型稳定的各种原因,并提出了相应的解决问题的方法,且在实际生产中已经得到了成功应用。生产过程中合理调整成型器,是确保成型质量的前提,本论文给出了根据钢管规格进行成型调整的原则和具体调整方法;分析了三种成型辊的特征,给出了科学合理的成型辊的外形图;分析了原材料带钢质量缺陷对钢管生产的影响,提出了选择原料时应注意的问题。在实际生产中,选择合适的成型辊以及合理螺旋焊管成型角,优化1#辊、3#辊的间距,合理选择2#成型压下量,能够大大提高螺旋埋弧焊钢管的成型稳定性。论文针对成型过程中经常出现的钢管管径超差、成型撅嘴、成型错边等成型缺陷提出了合理有效的控制措施;对螺旋焊管成型变形与钢管弹复量及残余应力的关系进行了分析,通过解析钢板在成型其中的挠曲线微分方程,建立了2#辊压下量与残余应力关系模型。在山东胜利钢管有限公司PWS预精焊螺旋焊管机组上对论文所涉及的各种成型调整措施、参数优化、缺陷控制措施以及残余应力的控制等各个方面进行了生产验证,取得了良好的效果。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development and construction of oil and gas pipeline, welded steel pipe is developing to large diameter, large wall thickness and high steel grade. Because of the low investment cost of the equipment, the equipment weight of the production line is relatively light. The production efficiency is high, the steel pipe with different diameter can be produced by the strip with small width, which makes it become the basic pipe type for the oil and gas pipeline at home and abroad. This paper combines with the production practice of Shandong Shengli Steel Tube Co., Ltd. The influence of process parameters on the forming quality of spiral submerged arc welded steel tube was studied. The advantages and defects of spiral submerged arc welded steel tube and the effect of spiral forming on pipe quality (mainly weld quality and appearance quality) are analyzed. This paper focuses on the analysis and study of the specific problems existing in the forming process of spiral welded pipe. This paper analyzes the reasons that affect the forming stability of spiral welded pipe, and puts forward the corresponding methods to solve the problem, and has been successfully applied in actual production, and the molding device is adjusted reasonably in the process of production. It is the premise to ensure the forming quality. This paper gives the principle and the concrete adjustment method of the forming adjustment according to the steel pipe specification. The characteristics of three kinds of forming rollers are analyzed, and a scientific and reasonable shape diagram of forming rollers is given. This paper analyzes the influence of quality defects of raw material strip on steel pipe production, and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to in selecting raw material. In actual production, the proper forming roll and reasonable forming angle of spiral welded pipe are selected to optimize the 1# roll. The forming stability of the spiral submerged arc welding steel pipe can be greatly improved by the distance of the roll and the reasonable selection of the rolling reduction. The paper aims at the tube diameter oversize which often appears in the forming process and the molding pout. Reasonable and effective control measures are put forward for forming defects, such as forming wrong edges. The relationship between the forming deformation of spiral welded pipe and the elastic volume and residual stress of steel pipe is analyzed. The differential equation of deflection curve of steel plate in forming is analyzed. A model of the relationship between roll reduction and residual stress was established, and the parameters were optimized on the PWS pre-welded spiral welded pipe unit of Shandong Shengli Steel Tube Co., Ltd. The defect control measures and residual stress control have been verified in production, and good results have been obtained.
