扶余油田西5-16区块聚合物驱封窜技术研究

【摘要】:在聚合物驱试验中,由于地层经过长期的注入水冲刷,部分井层内已形成大孔道甚至特大孔道,成为注聚低压井。常规的注入段塞对大孔道封堵效果较差,起不到较好的封窜作用,聚合物沿大孔道窜流较严重,使聚合物在地层内形成无效循环,影响聚合物驱油效果。本文以扶余西区5-16区块实施聚合物驱技术过程中,分别开展了聚合物驱封窜、封堵体系筛选评价、封窜体系注入参数优化、注入方式优化、封窜体系相关配套技术以及注采调控方法的研究。试验区储层以正韵律和复合正韵律为主,注入水除了由东西向裂缝窜流以外,还会沿油层底部高渗透条带推进,层内、层间非均质性强。油藏裂缝和大孔道发育,层内、层间非均质性强,注采关系敏感和复杂。通过室内实验分析评价,对封堵进行体系筛选、封窜体系的粘度、成胶时间、抗剪切能力、抗稀释实验以及温度、PH值对封窜体系的影响进行分析评价,对筛选的体系进行成胶性能、吸水性能、封堵性能、驱油性能试验从而筛选出适合扶余西区封窜体系并进一步优化性能。通过物模、数模等实验,分析了不同注入量、不同注入方式下的提高采收率程度,对聚合物驱封窜注入参数及注入方式进行优化。利用示踪剂对窜流通道体积、尺寸进行定量解释,根据体积选择用量,根据尺寸选择颗粒大小。初步设计在线多井同时调剖工艺技术,满足现场施工需求,初步形成了在线多井同时注入的施工设计方法。采用在线封窜工艺,井间在线注入的方式,注入便捷,节约了施工成本。
[Abstract]:In polymer flooding test, due to the formation after a long period of injection water scour, some wells have formed large or even extraordinarily large pores, which become polymer injection low pressure wells. The conventional injection slug has poor plugging effect on large channels. The polymer channeling flow along the large pore channel is more serious, which makes the polymer form invalid circulation in the formation. In the process of polymer flooding in block 5-16 of Fuyu Western region, the sealing channeling of polymer flooding, the screening evaluation of plugging system and the optimization of injection parameters of plugging system were carried out respectively. The study of injection mode optimization, relevant matching technology of sealing channeling system and injection-production regulation method. The reservoir in the experimental area is mainly composed of positive rhythm and compound positive rhythm, except for the channeling of injected water from east to west fractures. It will also advance along the high permeability zone at the bottom of the reservoir, with strong heterogeneity in the layer and between the layers, the development of fractures and large pores in the reservoir, the strong heterogeneity in the layer and between the layers, and the sensitivity and complexity of the injection-production relationship. The system selection of plugging, viscosity, gelation time, shear resistance, anti-dilution experiment and temperature PH value of the system were analyzed and evaluated, and the gelatinization performance of the system was evaluated. Water absorption performance, plugging performance and oil displacement performance tests were used to screen out the channeling system suitable for Fuyu Western region and further optimize the performance. Different injection rates were analyzed through physical model and digital model experiments. The injection parameters and injection methods of polymer flooding seal channeling were optimized under different injection modes. The volume and size of channeling channel were quantitatively interpreted by tracer, and the dosage was selected according to the volume. According to the size of particles and the preliminary design of simultaneous profile control technology for online multi-wells to meet the field construction requirements, a preliminary construction design method of simultaneous injection of on-line multi-wells was formed. The on-line sealing and channeling process was adopted. The method of cross-well online injection is convenient for injection and saves construction cost.
