利用果皮制备环保型钻井液处理剂

【摘要】:随着环保意识的增强,开发“安全、环保、高效”的钻井液技术愈发重要,木质素、单宁、淀粉、纤维素、植物胶等天然材料深受油田化学工作者的青睐,已经作为重要的环保型油田化学材料。本文利用天然植物酚-聚合糖复合体——果皮作为原料,制备环保型钻井液处理剂,探索其制备工艺及其应用工艺。本文主要对柚子皮、橘子皮、核桃青皮、柿子皮四种果皮进行干燥粉碎,考察果皮水提取液对黏土水化的抑制性、果皮处理钻井液的抗温性、探索了果皮在常用钻井液体系(改性淀粉、PAM、杂多糖甙)中应用工艺。研究结果分别为:(1)四种果皮水提取液均对黏土水化具有较好的抑制性;(2)在果皮处理浆中,随老化温度升高,柚子皮增黏、降滤失、耐170℃,橘子皮增黏、降滤失、耐140℃,核桃青皮先增黏后降黏、降滤失、耐160℃,柿子皮增黏、降滤失、耐150℃;(3)在改性淀粉钻井液中,四种果皮均能强化改性淀粉钻井液的性能,提高其耐温性;在PAM钻井液中,柚子皮和橘子皮与PAM协同絮凝,核桃青皮与柿子皮增黏降滤失;在杂多糖甙钻井液中,柚子皮在低温下增黏降滤失、高温下降滤失,橘子皮在低温下增黏降滤失、高温下不能强化钻井液性能,核桃青皮和柿子皮在低温下增黏降滤失、高温下增黏。通过正交实验、极差分析、单因素实验筛选柚子皮和橘子皮交联化改性较适宜反应条件,并考察了改性后果皮对黏土水化的抑制性、探索了其在常用钻井液体系中应用工艺。研究结果分别为:(1)交联化改性后柚子皮水溶胶液黏度增大、抑制性增强、使改性淀粉钻井液耐温提高至150℃、与PAM协同絮凝有所减弱、强化杂多糖甙钻井液悬浮岩屑性能;(2)交联化改性后橘子皮水溶胶液黏度增大、抑制性增强、使改性淀粉钻井液高温性能强化、与PAM协同絮凝有所减弱。此外,以柚子皮为例,初步探索了果皮钻井液处理剂的制备工艺,为开发新型环保钻井液添加剂提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the increasing awareness of environmental protection, the development of "safe, environmental protection, efficient" drilling fluid technology is increasingly important, lignin, tannin, starch, cellulose, vegetable gum and other natural materials are favored by oil field chemical workers. In this paper, natural phytophenol-polysugar complex-pericarp is used as raw material to prepare environmentally friendly drilling fluid treatment agent.
