喇嘛甸油田集输系统能耗分析及运行优化

【摘要】:喇嘛甸油田历经数十年的生产开发之后,现阶段已经步入采出程度高,综合含水率高,产油量自然递减速度快的时期,并逐渐凸现出集输系统载荷减小、系统工作效率偏低、整体能耗逐渐升高等问题。面对现场集输系统出现的以上问题,对特高含水期现场集输系统进行能耗最优化研究,降低集输系统当中的能耗情况,减少集输系统的运行成本,将会对油田技术系统实现高效低耗运行起到十分重要的作用。本文针对喇嘛甸油田集输系统的实际情况,主要进行以下几个方面的研究工作:(1)开发完成了原油集输系统效率和能耗分析的应用程序,该系统能够实现集输系统效率分析、运行现状诊断、调整改造方案模拟等功能;(2)运用所开发的系统对测试区块原油集输系统效率和能耗分布状况进行分析研究,找出系统用能存在的薄弱环节及节能潜力,并提出相应的节能措施。利用该软件对喇嘛甸油田4座转油站集输系统进行能耗分析后发现,在各环节当中,转油站的能量损失最大;在总能量损失中,热能损失约占85%-98%,在总能量损失中占主导地位。因此运行优化的重点在于如何减少热能损失。在此基础上,针对4座转油站,提出有针对性的运行优化措施,提高能量的使用率。
[Abstract]:Lamadian oil field after decades of production and development, at this stage has entered a period of high production degree, high comprehensive water cut, rapid natural decline of oil production, and gradually show that the gathering system load decreases. The efficiency of the system is on the low side and the overall energy consumption is increasing gradually. In the face of the above problems in the field gathering and transportation system, the energy consumption optimization of the field gathering and transportation system in the very high water cut period is studied. Reduce the energy consumption in the gathering and transportation system, reduce the running cost of the gathering and transportation system. It will play a very important role in the realization of high efficiency and low consumption operation of oilfield technical system. This paper aims at the actual situation of Lamadian oil field gathering and transportation system. The application program of efficiency and energy consumption analysis of crude oil gathering and transportation system is developed. The system can realize efficiency analysis of gathering and transportation system and diagnosis of operation status. Adjustment and transformation scheme simulation and other functions; 2) using the developed system to analyze the efficiency and energy consumption distribution of crude oil gathering and transportation system in test block, and find out the weak link and energy saving potential of the system. The energy consumption analysis of four transfer stations in Lamadian Oilfield shows that the energy loss of the transfer station is the largest in each link. In the total energy loss, the heat energy loss is about 85-98, and dominates in the total energy loss. Therefore, the key point of the operation optimization is how to reduce the heat energy loss. The operation optimization measures are put forward to improve the utilization rate of energy.
