太北开发区萨Ⅱ组油层开发效果分析及精细挖潜对策研究

【摘要】:本文通过对太北开发区萨Ⅱ组油层精细地质研究,认为萨Ⅱ组油层是以受湖浪改造作用为主的三角洲外前缘相及前三角洲沉积特征。砂体分布特征主要分为大面积分布、局部连片、零星分布和尖灭区大面积分布四种类型。油层由北向南逐渐变差,于太14排以南尖灭,主要发育表外储层,平均单井射开砂岩厚度9.9m,发育厚度较小,连续性差,属于低渗透和低孔隙度储层。同时对油水井生产现状进行分析,认为注水井注水压力较高,注水井吸水差;采油井地层压力低,产液量低,注水不受效。目前开发效果较差,需要及时提出精细挖潜对策来改善开发效果。通过细致研究开发中存在的问题,制定了油水井补孔、单砂体精细控制压裂、注表面活性剂、提压注水四项措施并进行了可行性论证,实施了现场试验。通过油水井补孔可以缩短注采井距,同时也能够完善注采关系,使油水井建立有效沟通,注水井注水以后油井能够较早见到注水效果;通过精细控制压裂,对油水井个性化压裂设计,使表外储层建立有效的沟通,实现薄差油层有效动用;通过注表面活性剂来改变岩石表面的润湿性,减小油水间相互的作用力,使注水井压力下降,从而注水量增加;通过对注水井进行提压注水,增加注水的渗流速度和储层中流动孔隙的数量,提高了注水井的注入能力和油层吸水能力。通过对以上四项措施现场实施效果评价,认为初期效果均较好,能够改善太北萨Ⅱ组油层的开发效果,同时也对特低渗透油层开发起到一个指导借鉴的作用,为原油稳产提供保障。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the fine geological study of the reservoir of the second formation of the sa formation in Taibei Development Zone is carried out. It is considered that the reservoir of the second formation is the delta outer front facies and the pre-delta sedimentary characteristics which are mainly affected by the lake wave transformation. The distribution characteristics of the sand body are mainly divided into large area distribution and local connecting. There are four types of scattered distribution and large area distribution in the pinnacle area. The reservoir gradually becomes worse from north to south, and it is destroyed in the south of Tai14 row. The reservoir is mainly developed out of the surface. The average thickness of single well ejected sandstone is 9.9 m, and the developed thickness is small. The continuity is poor, which belongs to low permeability and low porosity reservoir. At the same time, the present production situation of oil and water wells is analyzed, and it is considered that the water injection pressure of water injection wells is high and the water absorption of water injection wells is poor. The formation pressure is low, the liquid production is low, and the water injection is not effective. At present, the development effect is poor, so it is necessary to put forward the strategy of tapping potential in time to improve the development effect. The problems existing in the development are studied carefully. Four measures of oil and water well hole filling, single sand body fine control fracturing, surfactant injection and water injection are worked out and the feasibility is proved, and the field test is carried out. The interval between injection and production can be shortened by filling hole in oil and water well. At the same time, it can improve the relationship between injection and production, make the oil and water wells establish effective communication, after the injection wells can see the water injection effect earlier; Through fine control fracturing, individualized fracturing design of oil and water wells can establish effective communication for off-table reservoirs and realize effective production of thin and differential reservoirs. By injecting surfactant to change the wettability of rock surface and reduce the interaction force between oil and water, the pressure of water injection well is decreased and the water injection volume is increased. In order to increase the percolation velocity of water injection and the number of flowing pores in the reservoir, the water injection wells are injected with high pressure.
