新型国产隔水导管穿刺鞋研发及应用

【摘要】:针对隔水导管穿刺鞋打桩作业中出现的溜桩、破岩能力差等问题,研发了一种新型国产隔水导管穿刺鞋,采用圆柱形管体防止歪桩,管体外部焊接加强筋提高强度,底部有线形结构合金齿用以破裂坚硬岩层。ANSYS数值模拟分析表明,新型国产隔水导管穿刺鞋具有较好的贯入能力、抗压能力及抗外挤能力,其性能指标具有较大的安全余量,可满足现场应用要求。新型国产隔水导管穿刺鞋已在南海西部某区块16口井的隔水导管打桩作业中取得成功应用,与周边油田打桩作业相比平均每锤进尺提高约28%,作业效率提高约15%,具有良好的应用效果和可推广价值。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of shoe-passing and poor rock breaking ability, a new type of home-made piercing shoe is developed, in which the cylindrical tube body is used to prevent the pile from tilting, and the external welding reinforcement is strengthened to improve the strength of the shoe. Numerical simulation analysis of linear structure alloy teeth at the bottom for breaking hard rock layer. ANSYS shows that the new type of piercing shoes made in China have better penetration ability, compression resistance and external extrusion resistance, and their performance indexes have greater safety margin. It can meet the requirements of field application. The new type of waterproof pipe piercing shoes have been successfully used in the piling operation of 16 wells in a block in the west of the South China Sea. Compared with the piling operation in the surrounding oilfields, the average stroke advance is about 28% and the working efficiency is increased about 15%, which has good application effect and can be popularized.
