井下潜油往复泵举升工艺设计

【摘要】:直线电动机是由普通旋转电动机演变而来的。本文分析了游梁式抽油机使用中存在的问题以及直线电机的研究现状。由于圆筒形直线电机具有结构简单、易于控制等特点,在许多场合有广泛的应用前景。本文所研究的用于举升的圆筒形直线电机就是其中的一种尝试。在对直线电机原理研究的基础上,利用线性分析法和有限元法两种方法建立了电机磁场模型并进行计算。基于圆筒型直线电动机的结构形式和特点,从能量平衡的角度建立了等效电路,计算得到了等效电路参数。在前面研究的基础上,对影响电机性能的各项参数进行分析。在此基础上,设计了井下潜油往复泵举升系统,并给出了该系统优化设计所需要的各种理论计算方法,油井流入动态的计算、多相垂直管流的计算、泵的设计、直线电机的选型、流体温度场计算等。在此基础上,针对现场需要,提出了优化设计系统的架构、功能并予以实现。最后分析了现场应用潜油往复泵的效果。井下潜油往复泵系统可以有效地解决有杆泵举升中存在的管杆偏磨、效率低、能耗高等问题。
[Abstract]:The linear motor is evolved from the ordinary rotary motor. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the use of beam pumping unit and the research status of the linear motor. Because the cylindrical linear motor has the characteristics of simple structure and easy control, etc. The cylindrical linear motor which is studied in this paper is one of the attempts. On the basis of the research on the principle of linear motor, The magnetic field model of the motor is established by linear analysis method and finite element method. Based on the structure and characteristics of cylindrical linear motor, the equivalent circuit is established from the angle of energy balance. The equivalent circuit parameters are calculated. On the basis of the previous research, the parameters affecting the performance of the motor are analyzed. On this basis, the underground submersible reciprocating pump lift system is designed. Various theoretical calculation methods needed for optimal design of the system, calculation of oil well inflow performance, calculation of multiphase vertical pipe flow, design of pump, selection of linear motor, calculation of fluid temperature field, etc. According to the needs of the field, the structure, function and realization of the optimal design system are put forward. Finally, the effect of the application of the submersible reciprocating pump in the field is analyzed. The downhole submersible reciprocating pump system can effectively solve the pipe rod eccentric wear in the rod pump lift. Low efficiency, high energy consumption and other problems.
