驱油型隔离液的研究

【摘要】:油基钻井液具有抗高温性强,润滑性能好,储层保护性能好以及页岩抑制性能高等特点,特别适用于页岩气井、超深井、大斜度定向井等或具有水敏性等复杂地层特性的固井作业中。针对油基钻井液,普通的隔离液已经无法起到很好的驱替作用,因此我们需要开发性能更加优异的隔离液体系。这种隔离液体系需具有:和泥浆、水泥浆有良好的相容能力;可依据实际施工情况调节自身的密度范围;对套管没有腐蚀作用;可以在较低的环形空间上返速下达到紊流状态从而有效带出钻井液等特点。因此,研发这样一套性能优异、实用性广的驱油型隔离液具有十分重要的意义。本课题研究以冲洗液为基液,通过与悬浮剂、加重剂及其它添加剂以不同比例、不同工艺程序复配得到适用于驱替高密度油基钻井液的抗高温隔离液。通过静态、动态抗高温性能测试测定其抗温能力;通过悬浮稳定性研究测试其沉降密度差是否在合理范围内,并优选可在高温条件下使用的悬浮剂:分别测定隔离液与固井一二界面的胶结强度,其在有效驱替钻井液以及隔离水泥浆后,不能对套管与地层的胶结强度产生不良影响;通过包括流变性、抗污染稠化试验、抗压强度以及降失水能力的测试,确定其流变相容性,保证其与钻井液、水泥浆相容性良好,不会使水泥浆产生絮凝、提前增稠等现象。在完成实验室性能测试后,应用于固井现场,考察其实际使用能力。实验结果表明,所研发的驱油型隔离液体系最高抗温能力可达160℃,密度范围可在1.0-2.40g/cm~3调节,与水泥浆、钻井液相容性良好,顶替效率高。现场试验一口井,固井质量良好。
[Abstract]:The oil-base drilling fluid has the characteristics of strong resistance to high temperature, good lubricity, good reservoir protection and high shale inhibition, etc. It is especially suitable for shale gas wells and ultra-deep wells. In cementing operations with high inclination directional wells or complex formation characteristics such as water sensitivity, ordinary isolating fluids can no longer play a good displacement role for oil-based drilling fluids. Therefore, we need to develop an isolation liquid system with better performance. The isolated liquid system should have good compatibility with mud and cement slurry, adjust its density range according to the actual construction conditions, and have no corrosive effect on casing. It can reach the turbulent state in the lower annular space, which can effectively bring out the drilling fluid and so on. Therefore, the development of such a set of excellent performance, It is of great significance to use the widely used oil displacement isolating fluid. In this paper, the flushing solution is used as the base liquid, and the proportion of the liquid is different from the suspension, weight and other additives. High-temperature isolating fluid suitable for displacement of high-density oil-based drilling fluid was obtained by mixing different process procedures. The temperature resistance was measured by static and dynamic high-temperature resistance test. The suspension stability is studied to test whether the settlement density difference is within a reasonable range, and the suspension agent that can be used at high temperature is selected: the cementation strength between the isolating fluid and the cementing interface is measured respectively. After effectively displacing drilling fluid and isolating cement slurry, it can not adversely affect the cementation strength of casing and formation. Through tests including rheology, anti-pollution thickening test, compressive strength and water loss reduction ability, Determine its rheological compatibility, ensure that it has good compatibility with drilling fluid and cement slurry, do not cause flocculation of cement slurry, advance thickening, etc. After completing the laboratory performance test, it is used in cementing field, The experimental results show that the maximum temperature resistance of the oil displacement type isolated liquid system can reach 160 鈩,
