井排原油有机氯含量检测方法及设备改进

【摘要】：以胜利油田井排原油为研究对象,通过实验对井排原油进行馏分切割,分析了原油不同馏分对应的有机氯含量。实验结果发现:在所研究的井排原油样品中,有机氯主要存在于沸点小于330℃的馏分中,因此确定测定井排原油有机氯含量时的蒸馏温度应为330℃。通过对蒸馏设备进行改进,解决了蒸馏过程中所存在的爆沸、易凝聚和控温等问题。
