热力除氧系统在连续重整预处理装置的设计及应用

【摘要】:现在世界各国普遍提高了对汽油性质的要求,催化重整是以石脑油为原料生产高辛烷值汽油组分和芳烃的重要手段,同时可向聚丙稀和加氢装置提供大量廉价的氢气,是世界各国石油化工厂和炼油厂的重要工艺之一。连续重整原料预处理是连续重整装置的一个重要组成部分。介绍了预处理和催化重整单元的流程、工作原理及技术特点;针对重整装置预处理部分运行过程中所遇到的问题,判断和分析预处理单元压降逐渐增大的原因,同时提出了增加除氧系统的方案。然后从改造方案的设计、装置平面的布置、主要设备的选择、自动控制的改造等方面对延安石油化工厂连续重整装置进行改造;然后对除氧系统投用初期存在的问题提出解决方案并处理。通过对热力除氧系统的投用,预处理部分运行情况良好,说明连续重整装置预处理压降大的技术瓶颈得以解决。系统压降基本不变,避免了预处理频繁换剂、撇头;为装置的平稳长周期运行奠定了坚实的基础,实现了可观的经济效益,达到了预期目的,说明热力除氧改造项目是成功的。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the demand for gasoline properties has been raised in the world. Catalytic reforming is an important means of producing high octane gasoline components and aromatics from naphtha, and can provide a large amount of cheap hydrogen to polypropylene and hydrogenation units at the same time. Continuous reforming feedstock pretreatment is an important part of continuous reforming unit. The process, working principle and technical characteristics of pretreatment and catalytic reforming unit are introduced. In view of the problems encountered in the operation of the preprocessing part of the reforming unit, the reasons for the gradual increase of the pressure-drop of the preprocessing unit are judged and analyzed. At the same time, the scheme of increasing the oxygen removal system is put forward, and then the design of the revamping scheme and the layout of the unit plane are presented. In the aspects of selection of main equipment, transformation of automatic control and so on, the continuous reforming unit of Yanan Petrochemical Plant is reformed, and then the solutions to the problems existing in the initial period of operation of the deoxidizing system are put forward and dealt with. Through the application of the thermal deoxidizing system, The operation of the pretreatment part is good, which shows that the technical bottleneck of large pressure drop in pretreatment of continuous reforming unit can be solved, the pressure drop of the system is basically unchanged, and the frequent change of agent and skimming head are avoided. It lays a solid foundation for the steady and long period operation of the plant, realizes considerable economic benefits and achieves the expected purpose. It shows that the project of thermal deoxygenation reform is successful.
