复杂钻井条件下井眼压力控制理论与应用研究

【摘要】:随着钻井技术的发展和革新,作业范围不断朝着各种难开采的复杂地层发展。钻井工艺也变得越来越复杂,而确保全井安全钻进的井控技术大部分还是以原有的理论模型为指导依据。这些模型在深井、超深井、大位移井、控压钻井、欠平衡钻井等复杂井钻进中表现出许多不足。根据井筒质量守恒与动量守恒,建立井筒压力分布模型来描述环空压力变化规律,较以往的理论方法在计算井筒压力精度上明显提高。诸多基于该理论建立的两相流模型在复杂井钻进中起到了重要的指导作用。为了提高井筒压力分布模型的计算精度,本文在固液和气液两相流的基础上建立了环空固液气三相流压力分布模型,使得所建立的模型对于环空压力分布模拟计算更贴近实际情况。文章还引入了许多复杂钻井条件的影响,对其中的参数进行优化。使得模型所涉及的参数均大部分可从现场检查设备获取,小部分参数只需要通过简单实验即可获取一个区块内的通用。因此文章建立的模型不仅精度有所提高,而且现场应用推广可行性高。文章运用有限差分法对模型求解,并引入实际数据进行模拟计算。模拟计算结果与纯气柱理论模型模拟结果及实测的几个数据点对比,精度明显提高。这表明该模型能较准确反映复杂复杂钻井条件对井筒压力分布的影响规律。能较好的应用于现场施工计算,为井控工作的实施提供比较可靠的数学依据。
[Abstract]:With the development and innovation of drilling technology, the scope of operation is constantly developing towards various complex formations that are difficult to be mined. The drilling process is becoming more and more complex. However, most of the well control techniques to ensure safe drilling in all wells are guided by the original theoretical models. These models are used in deep wells, ultra-deep wells, extended reach wells, and controlled pressure drilling. In complex well drilling such as underbalanced drilling, there are many shortcomings. According to the conservation of wellbore mass and momentum, the wellbore pressure distribution model is established to describe the variation law of annulus pressure. Many two-phase flow models based on this theory play an important guiding role in drilling in complex wells. In order to improve the calculation accuracy of wellbore pressure distribution model, many two-phase flow models based on this theory play an important role in the drilling of complex wells. On the basis of solid-liquid and gas-liquid two-phase flow, the pressure distribution model of annular solid-liquid-gas three-phase flow is established in this paper. The established model is closer to the actual situation for the simulation calculation of annulus pressure distribution. The influence of many complicated drilling conditions is also introduced in this paper. The parameters are optimized so that most of the parameters involved in the model can be obtained from on-site inspection equipment. A small number of parameters can only be obtained by simple experiments. Therefore, the model established in this paper not only improves the accuracy, but also has high feasibility in field application. The finite difference method is used to solve the model. The simulation results are compared with the simulation results of the pure gas column model and the measured data points. It shows that the model can accurately reflect the influence of complex drilling conditions on wellbore pressure distribution, and can be applied to field operation calculation and provide a reliable mathematical basis for the implementation of well control work.
