CNG母站脱硫脱水设备工艺优化研究

【摘要】:压缩天然气(CNG)气质对我国天然气产业发展具有重要意义,目前我国天然气质量标准同国外标准相比仍有一定差距。大庆地区处于我国东北部,因多种原因,压缩天然气气质更低于全国平均标准,其脱硫脱水水平已然成为制约行业发展的重要因素。CNG加气母站脱硫脱水工艺及脱水指标是否合格直接影响整个燃气企业能否平稳运行。一是脱硫指标不合格不仅对输运管路、设备及加气车辆燃油动力系统造成腐蚀,而且影响后续加工(如导致催化剂中毒),为设备设施的平稳运行埋下严重安全隐患,甚至威胁人身安全;二是北方地区冬季寒冷漫长,如果脱水指标不合格,设备必然出现冻堵情况,严重影响母子站安全运行和居民平稳供气。本文以大庆中石油昆仑燃气有限公司红岗母站为研究对象,重点开展脱硫脱水设备工艺优化研究,对设备改造、分子筛选型、填料配比及参数调整等方面进行优化,最终获得东北高寒地区设备运行参数最佳配置,确保设备平稳高效运行。通过以上研究可以获得加气站脱硫脱水系统性能及设备优化选型的理论支撑,为加气站设计、建设和运行管理提供科学依据和实际参考。
[Abstract]:The quality of compressed natural gas (CNG) is of great significance to the development of natural gas industry in China, and there is still a certain gap between the quality standards of natural gas in our country and that of foreign countries. The quality of compressed natural gas is even lower than the national average. The level of desulphurization and dehydration has become an important factor restricting the development of the industry. Whether the desulfurization and dehydration process and dehydration index of CNG filling master station are qualified or not directly affects the smooth operation of the whole gas enterprise. Equipment and fuel power systems of aerated vehicles cause corrosion, and affect subsequent processing (such as poisoning of catalysts, serious safety risks for the smooth operation of equipment and facilities, and even threats to personal safety; second, long cold winters in northern areas, If the dehydration index is not up to standard, the equipment will inevitably be frozen and blocked, which will seriously affect the safe operation of the mother-child station and the stable gas supply to the residents. This paper takes Honggang Mother Station of Daqing PetroChina Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd as the research object. The process optimization of desulphurization and dehydration equipment was carried out, and the equipment modification, molecular sieve selection, filler ratio and parameter adjustment were optimized. Finally, the optimal configuration of equipment operation parameters was obtained in the northeast alpine region. Through the above research, the theoretical support for the performance of desulfurization and dehydration system and the optimal selection of equipment can be obtained, which can provide scientific basis and practical reference for the design, construction and operation management of the gas filling station.
