低油价下致密油资源开发现状及应对措施

【摘要】：致密油已成为美国原油产量增长的主要来源,其国内超过80%的致密油产量来自巴肯、鹰滩和二叠盆地。致密油产量的增长由水平井不断增长的初产率驱动,新井产量的快速提升则主要源于压裂水平井带来的致密油产量的提升。在低油价影响下,美国国内致密油开发陷入产能衰退。当油价降至50美元/桶时,仅约三分之一的致密油产区能够实现盈利。我国陆相致密油具有多种类型,地质条件颇为复杂,致密油开发整体尚处于起步阶段。各致密油区块的开发在低油价下难以实现经济效益。面对低油价,石油行业可从技术创新、降低成本、政策扶持等方面来应对,力求实现致密油开发的技术可行到经济可行,以实现致密油资源的规模有效动用。
[Abstract]:Dense oil has become the main source of crude oil production growth in the United States, with more than 80% of its domestic dense oil production coming from Baken, Yingtan and Permian basins. The increase in dense oil production is driven by the increasing initial production rate of horizontal wells. The rapid increase in production of new wells is mainly due to the increase in tight oil production from fracturing horizontal wells. Under the influence of low oil prices, the domestic production of dense oil in the United States is in decline. When the oil price drops to $50 per barrel, Only about 1/3 of the dense oil producing areas can be profitable. There are many types of continental dense oil in China, and the geological conditions are quite complex. The development of compact oil blocks is still in its infancy. It is difficult to realize economic benefits in the development of compact oil blocks under low oil prices. In the face of low oil prices, the petroleum industry can deal with it from the aspects of technological innovation, cost reduction, policy support, etc. In order to realize the scale effective utilization of dense oil resources, it is possible to realize the technical feasibility and economic feasibility of the development of dense oil.
