扭转振动发生器的工作原理及其运动特性分析

【摘要】:针对某些地区地层研磨性强,可钻性差,机械钻速低的技术难点,提出了一种扭转振动发生器。通过对发生器结构和工作原理的分析,建立其运动学模型,推导出液压锤的碰撞周期、转动角速度、转动角位移的表达式;结合算例参数得到液压锤的碰撞周期、转动角速度、转动角位移随时间的变化关系,以及入口流量、入口压强对其三者的影响;最后,通过室内实验验证了计算方法的可靠性与准确性。结果表明:液压锤碰撞周期与入口压强成反比,与入口流量成正比;其角速度及角位移随入口流量的增大而减小,随入口压强的增大而增大。
[Abstract]:A torsional vibration generator is proposed to solve the technical difficulties of strong ground grinding, poor drillability and low drilling speed in some areas. By analyzing the structure and working principle of the generator, the kinematics model of the generator is established. The expressions of the impact period, rotational angular velocity and rotational angular displacement of hydraulic hammer are derived, and the relation of the impact period, rotational angular velocity and rotational angular displacement with time, and the inlet flow rate are obtained by combining the parameters of a numerical example. Finally, the reliability and accuracy of the calculation method are verified by laboratory experiments. The results show that the impact period of hydraulic hammer is inversely proportional to the inlet pressure and is directly proportional to the inlet flow rate. The angular velocity and displacement decrease with the increase of inlet flow rate and increase with the increase of inlet pressure.
