基于支撑剂数的压裂设计方法研究

【摘要】:基于支撑剂数的压裂设计方法,是以最大采油指数为目标函数的压裂设计新方法。与常规压裂设计方法相比,该方法更加注重裂缝的几何尺寸与整个砂体的展布的匹配。对于低渗油藏而言,在强调裂缝长的同时,还应强调高的裂缝导流能力,这样才能获得最大的压后产能。本文引入支撑剂数的概念,建立了油藏直井的支撑剂数与最大采油指数和最优无因次裂缝导流能力的关系,以获得最大采油指数为目标,对正方形、矩形井网条件下的压裂参数进行优化。利用Visual Basic 6.0编制压裂参数计算软件,通过数据计算,分析了不同井网条件下的储层渗透率、宽长比、支撑剂体积等对采油指数等参数的影响。
[Abstract]:The fracturing design method based on the number of proppant is a new fracturing design method, which takes the maximum production index as the objective function. The method pays more attention to the matching of the geometric size of fractures with the distribution of the whole sand body. For low permeability reservoirs, the long fractures should be emphasized as well as the high fracture conductivity. In this paper, the concept of proppant number is introduced, and the relationship between the number of proppant and the maximum recovery index and the optimal dimensionless fracture conductivity is established, with the aim of obtaining the maximum oil recovery index. The fracturing parameters under square and rectangular well pattern are optimized. The fracturing parameter calculation software is compiled by Visual Basic 6.0.Through the data calculation, the reservoir permeability and aspect ratio under different well pattern conditions are analyzed. The effect of proppant volume on oil recovery index and other parameters.
