均相微乳液驱室内研究

【摘要】:化学驱是我国水驱油田开发后期重要的提高采收率技术,由于聚合物驱在低渗油田注入困难、指进现象严重及会污染地面环境;碱水驱存在碱耗、生成表面活性剂有限等问题,开展了浓表面活性剂驱油技术——微乳液驱油技术,该技术对于提高低渗油气藏驱油效率具有重要的指导意义。以实验室自制的阴离子型表面活性剂XSY为主要成分,利用正交试验设计优化出均相的中相微乳液最佳配方为:正辛烷与水各5ml,XSY含量2.5%,醇含量8%,Na Cl含量5%~6%,最佳配方下的均相微乳具有良好的增溶能力、与油水间的界面张力可以降低到10-3m N/m数量级、稳定性好及注入能力强等优点。采用醇扫描法和盐度扫描法对盐种类及浓度、醇种类及浓度、温度及p H等因素对形成均相微乳液相态、增溶能力及界面张力进行了研究。利用岩心实验研究了微乳液体系注入方式、微乳液段塞体积大小、水驱速度对驱油效率的影响。实验结果表明:采用微乳液段塞可以提高采收率10%~15%,随着微乳液注入段塞的增大,增加采收率几乎呈直线上升,并且随着水驱速度的增加,岩心注入微乳液段塞后的二次水驱增加的采收率值降低。
[Abstract]:Chemical flooding is an important technology to improve oil recovery in the later stage of water flooding in China. Due to the difficulty of polymer flooding in low permeability oil fields, the phenomenon of flooding is serious and will pollute the surface environment, the alkali consumption in alkaline water flooding is limited, and the surface active agents are limited, etc. The concentrated surfactant flooding technology-microemulsion flooding technology is developed, which has important guiding significance for improving the oil displacement efficiency of low permeability reservoirs. The anionic surfactant XSY made by the laboratory is used as the main component. The optimum formulation of homogeneous mesophase microemulsion was obtained by orthogonal design. The optimum formula was as follows: the content of n-octane and water was 2.5%, the content of alcohol was 8%, and the content of NaCl was 5%. The homogeneous microemulsion had good solubilization ability under the optimum formulation. The interfacial tension between oil and water can be reduced to the order of 10-3m N / m, the stability is good and the injection ability is strong. The kinds and concentrations of salts, kinds and concentrations of alcohols are determined by alcohol scanning and salinity scanning. The formation of homogeneous microemulsion phase state, solubilization ability and interfacial tension were studied by temperature and pH. The injection mode of microemulsion system and the volume of microemulsion slug were studied by core experiment. The effect of water flooding speed on oil displacement efficiency. The experimental results show that the oil recovery factor can be increased by 10% and 15% by using microemulsion slug. With the increase of microemulsion injection slug, the increase of oil recovery is almost straight up, and with the increase of water flooding velocity, The oil recovery value of secondary water flooding increased after core injection microemulsion slug.
