闸板防喷装置的CAE建模及关键部件分析

【摘要】:带压作业由于其相比普通的放喷和压井后作业能够维持地层压力,减少酸化压裂等措施的使用,同时还能节省放喷和压井地面设备费用,减少放喷液对环境的污染和破坏,因此它目前已经广泛的用于油田的修井作业中。作为带压作业的核心部件,防喷器在整个带压作业系统中的重要性不言而喻。尤其是闸板防喷器由于其特性目前已经广泛用于压井作业中。本文在调研了大量的相关文献和现场实际工作的前提下,结合目前广泛应用的有限元分析技术,对闸板防喷器进行建模分析,同时在基于闸板防喷器的使用原理和现场暴露的问题的基础上,对闸板防喷器中的胶芯进行了模拟分析,并给出了优化建议。本文的具体研究内容主要如下:1、调研了国内外在闸板防喷器方面的研究动向2、详细阐述了闸板防喷器的工作原理3、建立了闸板防喷器主要部件的模型,并进行了分析4、建立了胶芯的力学模型,并进行了分析5、在理论分析的基础上,对防喷器进行了室内实验验证6、基于理论和室内实验的研究成果,对防喷器进行了现场实验本文在大量调研了国内外研究动向的基础上,系统的阐述了闸板防喷器的原理,同时对带压作业中的核心部件进行了建模,并利用有限元进行分析,指出了目前现场防喷器存在的一些问题。并在理论分析的基础上进行了室内和现场实验,发明了一种新型实用的防喷器,为防喷器的进一步改进奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:The operation with pressure can maintain formation pressure, reduce the use of acidizing fracturing and other measures, save the cost of surface equipment and reduce the pollution and damage to the environment. As a result, it has been widely used in workover operations in oil fields. As a core component of pressure operation, The importance of blowout preventer in the whole work system is self-evident, especially the sluice blowout preventer has been widely used in the well killing operation because of its characteristics. Combined with the widely used finite element analysis technology, the modeling and analysis of the sluice blowout preventer is carried out. At the same time, based on the use principle of the sluice blowout preventer and the problems of field exposure, the rubber core in the sluice blowout preventer is simulated and analyzed. The specific research contents of this paper are as follows: 1. The research trends of the sluice blowout preventer at home and abroad are investigated. 2. The working principle of the sluice blowout preventer is expounded in detail, and the model of the main components of the sluice blowout preventer is established. The mechanical model of the rubber core is established and analyzed 5. On the basis of the theoretical analysis, the indoor experiment verification of the blowout preventer is carried out, and the research results based on the theory and the indoor experiment are given. On the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign research trends, the principle of the sluice blowout preventer is systematically expounded. At the same time, the core components in the operation with pressure are modeled, and the finite element analysis is used. Some problems existing in the field blowout preventer are pointed out. Based on the theoretical analysis, the laboratory and field experiments are carried out, and a new practical blowout preventer is invented, which lays a foundation for further improvement of the blowout preventer.
