HQ油田低产水平井合理工作制度研究

【摘要】:随着石油工业的发展,低渗透油气藏逐渐担当了增产上储的重任。低渗透油藏的一个重要特点就是产量低,开采经济效益差。需要加强低渗透油气藏勘探开发的研究,对低产井进行精细化管理。 水平井具有泄油面积大、单井产量高的特点,越来越多的低渗透油气藏采用水平井开采来提高产量,提高开发效益。 HQ油田是典型的低渗、低压、低产油气区,即使采用水平井开采,其成本仍然居高不下。在原油价格持续低位运行的现实情况下,降低开采成本,提高经济效益显得更加重要。 本文以HQ油田低产水平井为研究对象,结合现场实际,建立低产水平井合理的间开工作制度。 (1)搜集HQ油田的地质资料、流体分析资料、储层物性资料和单井生产资料,充分了解该地区的油藏及生产特征。 (2)调研水平井产能方程并进行验证,分析井底附近地层为油气水三相渗流时产能损失的原因,在此基础上选择合适的油气两相无因次流入动态方程,采用Petrobras计算直井油气水三相流入动态的方法,得到水平井油气水三相流入动态曲线。 (3)分析影响抽油泵泵效的因素,总结沉没度、含水率和气油比对泵效的影响。结合HQ油田生产数据,归纳出沉没度和沉没压力与泵效的一般规律,以及计算泵效的经验关系式。 (4)结合水平井IPR方程和泵效与沉没压力的关系式,优选下泵深度、泵径和间开生产地层产液量变化区间,得到合理的开井关井时间,使间开生产产量等于常开生产产量。 本文的研究为低渗透油藏水平井流入、流出动态分析及制定合理间开工作制度提供了一定的理论依据和应用基础。
[Abstract]:With the development of petroleum industry, low permeability reservoirs have gradually assumed the important role of increasing production and storage. One of the important characteristics of low permeability reservoirs is low production and poor economic benefits of exploitation. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the research on exploration and development of low permeability reservoirs. Fine management of low production wells. Horizontal wells have the characteristics of large oil discharge area and high single well production. More and more low permeability reservoirs use horizontal wells to improve production and development efficiency. HQ oil field is a typical low permeability, low pressure and low production oil and gas area. Even if horizontal wells are used to produce oil, its cost is still high. It is more important to reduce production cost and improve economic benefit under the condition of continuous low crude oil price operation. In this paper, the low production horizontal well in HQ oilfield is taken as the research object, and the reasonable interworking system of the low production horizontal well is established in combination with the field practice. 1) collecting geological data, fluid analysis data, reservoir physical property data and single well production data of HQ oilfield, and fully understanding the reservoir and production characteristics in this area. 2) investigating and verifying the productivity equation of horizontal well, analyzing the reason of productivity loss when the formation near bottom hole is three phase seepage of oil, gas and water, on the basis of which, selecting the appropriate dynamic equation of dimensionless inflow of oil and gas. The Petrobras method is used to calculate the three phase inflow performance of oil, gas and water in a vertical well, and the dynamic curve of the three phase inflow of oil, gas and water in a horizontal well is obtained. 3) analyzing the factors affecting pump efficiency, summing up the influence of submergence degree, water cut and gas-oil ratio on pump efficiency, combining production data of HQ oilfield, generalizing the general law of submergence degree, sinking pressure and pump efficiency, and calculating the empirical relationship of pump efficiency. 4) combining the IPR equation of horizontal well and the relationship between pump efficiency and sunk pressure, the variation interval of pump depth, pump diameter and liquid production rate in production formation is selected, and the reasonable open well shutoff time is obtained, which makes the production rate equal to the normal open production rate. The research in this paper provides a theoretical basis and application basis for the analysis of horizontal well inflow and outflow performance in low permeability reservoir and for the formulation of reasonable inter-working system.
