渭北长3低渗储层注水损害机理与储层保护技术研究

【摘要】:随着我国对油气资源需求的日益增长,低渗透油气资源已经成为我国油气勘探开发的重点之—。由于低渗透储层物性差、产能低,在开发的过程中容易受到损害,这就对油气开采的各个环节都提出了很高的要求。因此,在对低渗透储层进行注水开发的过程中采取有效的储层保护措施对油田的正常生产具有十分重要的意义。 本文在对国内外资料进行充分调研的基础上,总结了油田注水开发过程中储层损害的机理,并以渭北长3储层为研究对象,通过对该储层岩心进行孔渗测试分析、黏土矿物分析、扫描电镜分析、压汞分析,得到了该储层的物性参数及其潜在损害因素。并利用注入水和地层水离子成分分析结果,对该储层的结垢情况进行了预测。根据储层敏感性实验结果得知,该储层的主要损害类型有:水敏损害、盐敏损害以及应力敏感损害。 本文通过注水水质对岩心渗透率损害评价实验,对注入水中的悬浮颗粒浓度、悬浮颗粒粒径和含油量对储层的损害机理和规律进行分析和归纳。同时,采用Design-Expert软件对各指标的相关性进行评价,并根据注水水质对岩心损害正交实验结果得到了渭北长3储层注水水质推荐指标。介绍了悬浮颗粒对储层的内部堵塞模型,并通过对实验数据进行拟合确定了模型中的参数,得到实验条件下超低渗储层内部颗粒堵塞回归模型,且所得模拟曲线与实际曲线吻合情况良好。 综合黏土防膨剂、阻垢剂的类型和浓度优选实验结果及效果评价实验数据,并结合注水水质对岩心渗透率损害评价实验结果,制定了渭北长3储层注水方案,为渭北油田的注水开发提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the increasing demand for oil and gas resources in China, low permeability oil and gas resources have become the focus of oil and gas exploration and development in China. Due to the poor physical properties and low productivity of low permeability reservoirs, they are vulnerable to damage in the process of development. Therefore, it is very important to take effective reservoir protection measures in the process of water injection development of low permeability reservoirs. Based on the investigation of domestic and foreign data, this paper summarizes the mechanism of reservoir damage in the process of oilfield waterflooding development, and takes Weibeichang 3 reservoir as the research object, through the pore and permeability test analysis of the reservoir core. Clay mineral analysis, scanning electron microscope analysis, mercury injection analysis, physical parameters and potential damage factors of the reservoir are obtained, and the results of ion composition analysis of injected water and formation water are used. According to the experimental results of reservoir sensitivity, the main damage types of the reservoir are water sensitive damage, salt sensitive damage and stress sensitive damage. In this paper, the damage mechanism and regularity of suspended particle concentration, suspended particle size and oil content in injected water to reservoir are analyzed and summarized by the experiment of water injection water damage to core permeability. The correlation of each index is evaluated by using Design-Expert software, and the recommended water quality index of water injection in Weibei Chang 3 reservoir is obtained according to the orthogonal test results of water injection water quality to core damage, and the internal plugging model of suspended particles to reservoir is introduced. The parameters of the model are determined by fitting the experimental data, and the regression model of particle plugging in the ultra-low permeability reservoir is obtained under the experimental conditions, and the simulation curve is in good agreement with the actual curve. Based on the experimental results of optimum selection of clay anti-swelling agent and scale inhibitor and the experimental data of effectiveness evaluation, combined with the experimental results of water injection water quality assessment of core permeability damage, the water injection scheme of Weibeichang 3 reservoir was established. It provides a reference for water injection development in Weibei Oilfield.
