【摘要】:在天然气生产过程中,集输管网可靠性日益提高,但管网逐渐复杂化,管网运行调配过程难度加大。因此,在针对不同运行工况调节时,,必须对调节方案进行谨慎选择。 大天池区块是重庆气矿集输管网的主要组成部分,其是否能够可靠运行对整个区块生产和天然气处理有重要影响。本论文采用目前技术成熟的TGNET管网模拟仿真软件,结合大天池区块原料气集输管网运行工况和工况调节现状,建立了适合大天池区块集输管网现状的仿真模型,利用该模型系统模拟了大天池集输管网不同管道泄漏、供气不足等工况的参数变化,提出了不同条件下的调解方案,并对每种可能的调节方案调节结果进行预测,通过对比分析,确定了不同泄漏情况下以及不同供气条件下,最为合理的调节方案。同时模拟了管网中净化厂由于定期检修引起的管网工况变化,通过模拟三个不同位置净化厂检修时,整个管网压力、流量分配以及净化厂运行参数变化,提出了某一净化厂检修时,管网合理的运行调配方案。 通过本论文研究,清楚地了解该管网工况发生变化时,运行参数的变化规律,提高工况调节的预见性以及工况调节方案的针对性,大大提高该管网运行的可靠性、合理性和经济性。
[Abstract]:In the process of natural gas production, the reliability of the gathering and transportation pipeline network is improving day by day, but the pipe network is becoming more complicated and the distribution process of the pipeline network is becoming more difficult. Therefore, the adjustment scheme must be carefully selected in view of the different operating conditions. Datianchi block is the main component of gas gathering and transportation network in Chongqing. Whether it can run reliably has an important influence on the production and natural gas treatment of the whole block. In this paper, a mature TGNET pipe network simulation software is used in this paper. Combined with the operating conditions and operating conditions of gas gathering and transportation network in Datianchi block, a simulation model suitable for the current situation of gas gathering and transportation network in Datianchi block is established, and the leakage of different pipelines in the gas gathering and transportation network of big Tianchi is simulated by the model system. Based on the variation of the parameters under the condition of insufficient gas supply, the adjustment scheme under different conditions is put forward, and the adjustment results of each possible regulation scheme are predicted. Through comparison and analysis, the different leakage conditions and different gas supply conditions are determined. The most reasonable regulation scheme. At the same time, it simulates the change of the pipe network condition caused by the regular maintenance of the purification plant in the pipe network. By simulating the change of the whole pipe network pressure, the flow distribution and the operation parameters of the purification plant when the purification plant is overhauled in three different locations, This paper puts forward the reasonable operation and distribution scheme of the pipe network when a purification plant is overhauled. Through the research of this paper, it is clear to understand the changing law of the operation parameters, to improve the predictability of the operating condition regulation and the pertinence of the working condition regulation scheme, and to improve the reliability of the pipe network operation.
