炼油装置问热联合可行性分析及优化建议

【摘要】:为进一步挖掘炼油装置节能潜力,降低能量消耗,利用热联合原理对部分装置用能进行分析,发现常压原油换热终温过低、焦化蜡油出装置先冷却下游再升温、用蒸汽进行工艺伴热等问题,可进行常减压原油与凝结水换热、催化与焦化装置热进料和部分装置改用热媒水伴热3项热联合改造。初步估算改造实施后可以提高原油换热终温10℃、节约循环水25t/h、伴热蒸汽节约15t/h,累计降低全厂能耗(标油)1kg/t左右,不但降低了能耗和运行成本,还取得较好的经济效益。
[Abstract]:In order to further excavate the energy saving potential and reduce the energy consumption of the oil refining plant, the energy consumption of some units was analyzed by using the heat combination principle. It was found that the final heat transfer temperature of the crude oil under normal pressure was too low, and the coking gas oil outlet unit cooled downstream and then heated up. Heat transfer between atmospheric and vacuum crude oil and condensate water can be carried out by using steam to process heat tracing. It is estimated that the final heat transfer temperature of crude oil can be increased by 10 鈩,
