物联网技术在长庆低渗透油田开发中的理论实践与探讨

【摘要】:本文从物联网与数字化油田基本概念出发,描述了物联网技术与低渗透油田开发结合的理论、实践及效果。分析了长庆低渗透油田面临着油藏品质差(低渗-特低渗储层),自然环境差,管理难度大,安全环保风险高等问题,通过基于物联网技术在数字油田开发中的应用,实现油气田生产过程中数据和信息的自动采集、整理和应用,更针对上游行业更高层次的业务整合与流程再造,将现代信息技术、物联网技术融入油气生产过程管理中,简化工艺流程,优化劳动组织架构,创新生产组织方式,提升安全风险管理水平,提高生产效率和开发效益,降低员工劳动强度。随着物联网技术在油田的大规模的应用,进一步完善相应物联网技术标准和技术规范,建立稳定的网络传输体系,制定整体网络安全规划,为油气生产物联网系统应用提供安全保障和辅助生产决策。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic concepts of Internet of things and digital oil field, this paper describes the theory, practice and effect of combining the technology of Internet of things with the development of low permeability oil field.Changqing low permeability oil field is faced with the problems of poor reservoir quality (low permeability-very low permeability reservoir, poor natural environment, difficult management, high risk of safety and environmental protection, etc.). The application of the technology based on the Internet of things in the development of digital oil field is analyzed.To realize the automatic collection, collation and application of data and information in the production process of oil and gas fields, and to integrate modern information technology and Internet of things technology into the management of oil and gas production process, aiming at the higher level of business integration and process reengineering in upstream industries.Simplify technological process, optimize labor organization structure, innovate production organization mode, improve safety risk management level, improve production efficiency and development benefit, reduce labor intensity of staff.With the large-scale application of the Internet of things technology in oil fields, the corresponding standards and specifications of the Internet of things are further improved, a stable network transmission system is established, and an overall network security plan is formulated.Provide safety guarantee and assist production decision for oil and gas production internet of things system application.
