港口油罐区监控系统设计与实现

【摘要】:能源的储运是制约社会经济发展的一个重要因素,我国应该抓住当前机遇,改变石油储运的技术和方法,建立港口油罐区的SCADA系统,提高石油储运的效率和安全性,以适应经济发展的需求。本文正是基于上述考虑,设计并实现了港口油罐区监控系统。论文根据油罐区的实际情况,分析了港口油罐区的特点以及监控系统的功能要求,设计了油罐区SCADA系统。论文将监控系统从结构上分为上位监控层、下位PLC层和现场设备层三个层次,进行了总体设计,又从硬件和软件两个方面进行设计,主要是上位监控软件的设计、PLC编程和PLC网络结构。论文使用CitectSCADA组态软件构造人机界面,实现上位机的人机交互,介绍了CitectSCADA的特点、图形编辑器和精灵的使用方法,对各个界面分别作出说明。论文还完成了CitectSCADA的OPC变量交换和SQL Server的交换,使监控系统数据整体连接起来。操作记录是工业生产中十分重要的环节,当出现事故时,可以用来查找问题、追究责任,但是,对于一些老旧系统和设备,监控系统难以分辨操作类型和场地,难以实现自动记录功能。本文从操作记录功能的要求和实现两个方面,对阀门的操作记录功能进行了分析设计。论文指出阀门在控制、电气连接方面存在的问题,通过分析阀门的控制信号和状态信号的关系,将阀门操作模式分为三类,然后编写程序对操作过程进行辨别,实现老旧设备的自动记录功能。对于一个企业或工厂来说,安全生产是重中之重,生产监控系统必有报警功能来保障系统的安全生产运行。论文提出了报警联动功能,使系统的安全性进一步提高。论文分析了传统报警确认操作的不足,进而提出联动功能实施方案,通过编程、设置实现报警联动功能:当报警发出时,操作员确认为真实报警后执行联动命令,确认为误报警后取消联动命令,一定时间内操作员没有任何操作的话,自动执行联动命令。
[Abstract]:Energy storage and transportation is an important factor restricting the development of social economy. Our country should seize the present opportunity, change the technology and method of oil storage and transportation, establish the SCADA system in the port oil tank area, and improve the efficiency and safety of oil storage and transportation.To meet the needs of economic development.Based on the above considerations, this paper designs and implements the monitoring system of the port oil tank area.According to the actual situation of the oil tank area, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the port oil tank area and the functional requirements of the monitoring system, and designs the SCADA system of the oil tank area.In this paper, the monitoring system is divided into three layers: the upper layer, the lower PLC layer and the field equipment layer. The overall design is carried out, and the hardware and software are designed.It is mainly the design of monitoring software and PLC network structure.In this paper, the man-machine interface is constructed by using CitectSCADA configuration software, and the man-machine interaction of the upper computer is realized. The characteristics of CitectSCADA, the usage method of graphic editor and wizard are introduced, and each interface is explained respectively.The OPC variable exchange of CitectSCADA and the exchange of SQL Server are also completed in this paper.The operation record is a very important link in industrial production. In the event of an accident, it can be used to find out the problem and investigate the responsibility. However, for some old systems and equipment, it is difficult for the monitoring system to distinguish the type of operation from the site.It is difficult to realize automatic recording function.In this paper, the operation record function of valve is analyzed and designed from two aspects: requirement and realization of operation record function.The paper points out the problems existing in the control and electrical connection of the valve. By analyzing the relationship between the control signal and the state signal of the valve, the valve operation mode is divided into three categories, and then the program is written to distinguish the operation process.Realize the automatic recording function of the old equipment.For an enterprise or factory, safety production is the most important, production monitoring system must have alarm function to ensure the safety of the system operation.In this paper, the alarm linkage function is proposed to improve the security of the system.This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional alarm and confirmation operation, and then puts forward the implementation scheme of the linkage function. Through programming, the alarm linkage function is set up: when the alarm is issued, the operator confirms that the alarm is true and then executes the linkage command.Cancel the linkage command after confirmation of false alarm. If the operator does not have any operation within a certain period of time, execute the linkage command automatically.
