哈得区块保护储层的钻井液技术研究

【摘要】:由于西部地区油气储层埋藏较深,地层具有高温高压的特点,因此一直使用的是聚磺钻井液体系。该体系虽然在抗高温、流变性能、适应性等方面具有十分突出的优点,但是它的防塌、防漏、抑制性以及储层保护性能却非常差。其中保护油气层工作的好坏关系到新油气田的发现、油气井产量和油田的经济效益,所以提高聚磺钻井液的储层保护性能就显得十分重要。在钻井液的储层保护技术中,国内外常采用屏蔽暂堵技术,但该技术要求暂堵粒子尺寸必须与地层孔喉相匹配,而这种匹配很难把握,并且适应性很差,从而使得保护油气层的效果不理想。本文针对传统暂堵技术的不足,提出了暂堵剂和成膜剂协同增效保护油气层技术。通过室内流变性实验、中压滤失实验和中压砂床侵入实验,筛选出了具有良好封堵能力、井眼稳定能力、保护油气层效果的暂堵剂DSZD和成膜剂CMJ-1和BST-D,并且确定出了三者的最佳复配比例。将本文研制的BHJ(三种处理剂复配而成)加入聚磺钻井液后,测得的暂堵率和岩心渗透率恢复值都达到了90%以上,与西部典型聚磺屏蔽暂堵体系相比提高了20-40%。研究还表明新储层保护剂BHJ具有快速自适应封堵油气层的特点,所形成的屏蔽膜在生产压差下也极容易清除。笔者通过文献调研和砂心试片的可视化研究,总结出了新储层保护剂BHJ主要是通过化学吸附、镶嵌和架桥封堵等作用,协同形成致密的屏蔽膜保护油气层的。
[Abstract]:Because the oil and gas reservoirs in the western region are deeply buried and have the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure, the polysulfonated drilling fluid system has been used all the time.Although the system has outstanding advantages in high temperature resistance, rheological properties and adaptability, its sloughing, leakage prevention, inhibition and reservoir protection performance are very poor.The protection of oil and gas reservoir is related to the discovery of new oil and gas field, the production of oil and gas well and the economic benefit of oil field, so it is very important to improve the reservoir protection performance of polysulfonated drilling fluid.In the reservoir protection technology of drilling fluid, shielding temporary plugging technology is often used at home and abroad, but this technology requires that the particle size of temporary plugging must match with formation pore throat, and this matching is very difficult to grasp, and the adaptability is very poor.As a result, the effect of protecting oil and gas reservoir is not ideal.Aiming at the deficiency of traditional temporary plugging technology, this paper puts forward the synergistic technology of temporary plugging agent and film forming agent to protect oil and gas reservoir.Through laboratory rheological experiment, medium pressure filtration test and medium pressure sand bed invasion experiment, the good plugging ability and borehole stability were obtained.The temporary plugging agent DSZD and the film forming agents CMJ-1 and BST-Dare used to protect the reservoir effect, and the optimum proportion of the three is determined.When the BHJ (three kinds of treating agents) is added into the polysulfonate drilling fluid, the temporary plugging rate and core permeability recovery value are all over 90%, which is 20-40% higher than that of the typical temporary plugging system of polysulfonation shielding in the west of China.The study also shows that the new reservoir protectant BHJ has the characteristics of fast self-adaptive sealing of oil and gas reservoirs, and the shielding film formed is also very easy to clear under the production pressure difference.By means of literature investigation and visualization of core samples, it is concluded that the new reservoir protectant BHJ is mainly formed by chemical adsorption, mosaic and bridge sealing to protect oil and gas reservoir with dense shielding film.
