高压天然气流量标准装置系统软件的设计与实现

【摘要】:随着现代社会的发展加速,天然气的使用已遍布到了社会各个领域,和我们的生活已经变得十分紧密。近年来,伴随人们对天然气的价格、成本,尤其是准确度的要求的提高,天然气的计量准确性就成为了各方相关企业关注的重点。而天然气贸易结算的依据就是安装在天然气管道上的流量计的计量读数。所以,流量计的计量准确性对于整个国家的国计民生是具有重要意义的。我国的西气东输工程的建设推动了管道沿线上的计量站对于高压、大口径流量计的选择和采用。在中国的计量中规定,对于贸易结算的流量计,必须对其进行强制检定。在流量计投入到使用以前,都必须经过国家法定计量技术机构的检定。目前我国的很多技术部门仍然采用的是人工作业的方式,这种方式不仅效率十分的低,而且后期的数据处理的程序也十分的复杂,工作量大且准确性不高。对于上述问题,以及现有的系统进行行分析过后,在原有的基础上进行拓展,并提出了一种全新的验证方法。这种方法不仅效率高,而且准确度也有了很大的提升。相对于以前的检定方法,错误率大大的减少了。本文主要内容为:(1)、通过了解高压天然气流量标准装置的原理以及技术依据,同时对各种可用的检定或校准方法的深入了解,完成一套软件可以控制系统并对各种流量计用不同的方法进行检定或校准工作。(2)、对高压天然气标准装置中的配套仪表及需要检定的各种流量计进行研究,深入了解它们的信号输出方式,及其数据的采集,使得软件可以争取让的采集标准器、被检器的原始数据,保证原始数据的准确性。(3)、依据不同被检器的检定规程的要求,通过软件的编写,实现对采集到的标准器、被检器的数据进行处理,并形成完整的原始记录。保证原始数据的计算准确性(4)、建立数据库,对所有原始数据及原始记录分类存储,并可以用不同的方法进行查询。(5)、按照国家的规定要求对软件进行验证测试,确保其精确度及可靠度,得到最终结论。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society, the use of natural gas has spread all over the society, and our life has become very close.In recent years, with the improvement of the price, cost and accuracy of natural gas, the accuracy of natural gas measurement has become the focus of the enterprises concerned.The basis for natural gas trade settlement is the metering reading of the Flowmeter installed on the natural gas pipeline.Therefore, the measurement accuracy of Flowmeter is of great significance to the national economy and people's livelihood of the whole country.The construction of West-to-East Gas Transmission Project in China has promoted the selection and adoption of high pressure and large caliber Flowmeter at metering stations along the pipeline.In Chinese metrology, the Flowmeter of trade settlement must be subject to compulsory verification.Before the Flowmeter is put into use, it must pass the verification of the national legal metrology technical organization.At present, many technical departments in our country still adopt manual operation, which is not only very inefficient, but also very complicated in the later data processing process, and the workload is large and the accuracy is not high.After the analysis of the above problems and the existing system, this paper expands on the original basis and puts forward a new verification method.This method not only has high efficiency, but also has a great improvement in accuracy.Compared with previous verification methods, the error rate has been greatly reduced.The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) through understanding the principle and technical basis of the high pressure natural gas flow standard device, at the same time, we have a deep understanding of various available verification or calibration methods.A set of software can control the system and calibrate or calibrate all kinds of Flowmeters by different methods. The matching instruments in the high pressure natural gas standard device and various Flowmeters that need to be calibrated are studied.By in-depth understanding of their signal output methods and their data collection, the software can strive to collect the standard device, the original data of the detector, and ensure the accuracy of the original data, according to the requirements of the verification regulations of the different detectors.Through the writing of the software, the data of the collected standard device and the detector can be processed, and the complete original record can be formed.To ensure the accuracy of the calculation of the original data, to establish a database, to classify and store all the raw data and the original records, and to use different methods to carry out inquiries, and to verify and test the software in accordance with the requirements of the state.Ensure its accuracy and reliability, and get the final conclusion.
