溶气原油流变性研究及流变模型的建立

【摘要】:本论文以气/液相平衡理论、热力学理论、原油流变学理论及其测量技术为基础,对长庆溶气原油的物性及流变特性进行了深入的研究。⑴利用自行研制的饱和溶气原油现场取样装置、凝点测量装置、溶解度测量装置及流变性测量装置,对长6、长8饱和溶气原油的溶气特性及流变特性进行了研究。实验结果表明:(1)溶解度:随着溶气压力的升高,饱和溶气原油的溶解度不断增大;随着温度的升高,其溶解度呈现先增大后减小的趋势。(2)凝点:随着热处理温度的升高,原油凝点呈现先减小后稳定的趋势,拐点为70℃;同时,随着溶气压力的升高,溶气原油的凝点不断降低;另外,低温下对原油的剪切作用,使得蜡晶难以形成空间网状结构,导致原油凝点降低。(3)粘度:首先,热处理温度的不同,对原油非牛顿流体下的表观粘度及反常点影响较大,对牛顿流体下的粘度和析蜡点基本没有影响;其次,随着溶气压力的升高,溶气原油的粘度降低,且降粘率随着溶气量的增大而提高,同时,析蜡点和反常点有所降低;另外,非牛顿流体温度范围内对原油的剪切,造成了原油流变性的恶化,使得低温下原油的表观粘度有所增加。(4)屈服值:首先随着溶气压力的升高,相同温度下的溶气原油屈服值不断降低,同时,屈服值随温度降低而增大的趋势变缓。⑵在已有数据的基础上建立了饱和溶气原油的粘度和溶解度的计算模型,模型的计算值和实验值偏差在10%以内,可以满足工程实践应用。通过上述研究工作,揭示了饱和溶气原油的溶气特性和流变特性,为长庆溶气原油不加热集输技术提供了理论依据。
[Abstract]:This paper is based on gas / liquid equilibrium theory, thermodynamics theory, crude oil rheology theory and measurement technology.The physical properties and rheological properties of Changqing dissolved gas crude oil were studied deeply. 1 the field sampling device, freezing point measuring device, solubility measuring device and rheological measuring device of saturated dissolved gas crude oil developed by ourselves were used.The characteristics of dissolved gas and rheological properties of Chang6 and Chang8 saturated dissolved gas crude oil were studied.The experimental results show that the solubility of saturated dissolved gas crude oil increases with the increase of dissolved gas pressure, and the solubility of saturated dissolved gas crude oil increases first and then decreases with the increase of temperature.The freezing point of crude oil decreased first and then stabilized, and the inflection point was 70 鈩,
