基于负压波的成品油管道顺序输送泄漏定位的精度分析

【摘要】:在简要介绍了负压波法检测与定位原理的基础上,定性分析了成品油管道单介质输送条件下多种因素对定位精度的影响。结合管道顺序输送过程的水力特性,发现混油经过泵站期间引起压力波的剧烈扰动可能"屏蔽"泄漏信号;当管内同时存在多种油品时,各油品长度与混油界面的位置均对定位精度有较大影响。提出了研发顺序输送管道泄漏检测与定位软件要与界面跟踪相结合的建议,并给出了相应的计算方法。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a brief introduction of the principle of negative pressure wave detection and positioning, the influence of many factors on the positioning accuracy under the condition of single medium transportation of oil product pipeline is qualitatively analyzed.Combined with the hydraulic characteristics of pipeline sequential transportation process, it is found that the severe disturbance of pressure wave caused by mixing oil during passing through pump station may "shield" the leakage signal, and when there are many kinds of oil products in the pipeline at the same time,The length of each oil product and the position of the oil mixing interface have great influence on the positioning accuracy.The paper puts forward the suggestion that the development of sequential pipeline leakage detection and location software should be combined with interface tracking, and gives the corresponding calculation method.
