杏四区西部葡I1~2聚合物合理注入参数优化研究

【摘要】:杏四区西部是杏北地区第四个工业化聚驱区块,2004年12月全面进入水驱空白阶段,2005年4月注聚。杏四区西部分两套层系开采,现葡Ⅰ32和葡Ⅰ33层已接近后续水驱尾声,下一步要对葡Ⅰ1~2层上返,利用数值模拟与现场实际相结合,确定葡Ⅰ1~2油层合理的聚合物分子量、注入浓度、注入速度和聚合物用量等参数。计算出不同注入参数组合对提高采收率的作用,依据实际开发效果调整注入参数,最终优选出适合杏北开发区聚驱区块合理的注入参数,提高聚驱开发效果。本文通过数值模拟软件,对试验区块进行了水驱和聚驱历史拟合,并对对不同聚合物分子量、浓度、注入速度、聚合物用量等注入参数进行了优化,确定了最佳聚合物分子量为1200万,最佳注入浓度为1600~1800mg/L,最佳注入速度0.10~0.12 PV/a,最佳聚合物用量为900~1000 mg/L·PV,总结出了适合该试验区块的段塞组合并进行了开发效果预测和评价。
[Abstract]:The western part of Xingbei District is the fourth industrialized polymer flooding block in Xingbei area. It entered the blank stage of water flooding in December 2004 and injected polymer in April 2005. There are two sets of strata mining in the west of Xing4 area. Now, the water flooding is near to the end of the follow-up water flooding in the present Portugal I 32 and P I 33. The next step is to use the numerical simulation and the field practice to determine the reasonable polymer molecular weight of the Portugal I 1 + 2 oil layer, by combining the numerical simulation with the field practice. Injection concentration, injection rate, polymer dosage and other parameters. The effect of different injection parameter combinations on oil recovery is calculated and the injection parameters are adjusted according to the actual development effect. Finally the reasonable injection parameters suitable for polymer flooding block in Xingbei Development Zone are selected to improve the development effect of polymer flooding. In this paper, the history of water flooding and polymer flooding is simulated by numerical simulation software, and the injection parameters of different polymer molecular weight, concentration, injection rate and polymer dosage are optimized. The optimum polymer molecular weight is 12 million, the best injection concentration is 1 600 mg / L, the best injection rate is 0. 10 ~ 0. 12 PVP / a, and the optimum polymer dosage is 900 ~ 1 000 mg/L PV. the slug combinations suitable for the test area are summarized and the development results are predicted and evaluated.
