泡沫辅助蒸汽驱矿场试验及效果

【摘要】:蒸汽驱易发生汽窜,且蒸汽波及效率低,开发效果不理想,为探索稠油油藏提高采收率的新途径,在胜利油区孤岛中二北Ng5稠油单元开展泡沫辅助蒸汽驱矿场试验。针对蒸汽驱高温特点,研发适用于蒸汽驱的耐高温泡沫剂DHF-1,该泡沫剂具有良好的耐温和封堵性能,300℃以下阻力因子始终大于20;室内驱替实验结果表明,泡沫辅助蒸汽驱可有效改善蒸汽波及状况,提高驱油效率。2010年10月开始泡沫辅助蒸汽驱矿场试验,注汽井注汽压力平均上升1.6 MPa,油井全部见效,示踪剂监测平面驱替更均衡,密闭取心井岩心分析平均驱油效率达62.4%,说明泡沫辅助蒸汽驱可提高蒸汽前缘的稳定性,抑制蒸汽突进,明显改善开发效果;截至2016年6月,试验区已累积产油23.6×10~4t,采出程度为52.1%,较蒸汽吞吐已提高采收率16.8%。
