醇胺法脱碳工艺参数中试实验与模拟优化

【摘要】:醇胺法脱碳已广泛应用于天然气净化工艺中,为了达到降能增效的目的,需要对醇胺法脱碳的工艺操作参数进行优化。在前期优选配方研究的基础上,笔者利用一套中试实验装置,分析中试实验操作参数变化对配方胺液吸收和再生效果的影响,得到较优的吸收和再生工艺操作参数范围。结合实验结果,采用HYSYS软件建模,对于不同CO_2含量的原料气在处理量为50Nm~3/h时进行醇胺法脱碳工艺参数的优化分析,确定在相应的醇胺循环量下最优的吸收温度为55℃、吸收压力为3.0 MPa、再生温度117℃、再生压力45kPa及不同CO_2含量的原料气处理量与醇胺循环流量的最大气/液比,为醇胺法脱碳的工业应用提供参考。
[Abstract]:Alcohol-amine decarbonization has been widely used in natural gas purification process. In order to reduce energy and increase efficiency, it is necessary to optimize the process parameters of decarbonization by alcohol-amine method. On the basis of the previous research on the optimized formula, the author used a pilot experiment device to analyze the effect of the operation parameters of the pilot experiment on the absorption and regeneration of the formulation amines, and to obtain a better range of the operating parameters of the absorption and regeneration process. Combined with the experimental results, the HYSYS software was used to model the process parameters of decarbonization of raw gas with different CO_2 content (50Nm~3/h), and the optimum absorption temperature was 55 鈩,
