基于RTU—SL304的油田智能化井场控制系统构建

【摘要】:随着油气田开发难度越来越大,原有的油气田开发体系(以专业划分为特点的油气田开发)已经跟不上新形势的要求了,需要有新的、全面的方案来解决油气田的当前存在的勘探、评价、开发、调整和管理问题。因此,井场智能化建设越来越切合油田的发展。随着绿色、低碳和经济环保的需求,使得更多市场对RTU产品的需求呈持续迅猛增加的态势,对RTU产品功能要求越来越完备、性能的要求也越来越高,推动了自动化控制行业的技术改造和产业升级的潮流。控制器RTU—SL304采集油井的地面示功图信息、油井管压信息、抽油机的主电机电参数及电量图信息,具有远程启停控制、间抽控制等功能,还具有冲次自动调节和为平衡自动调节的功能。本文制定了基于RTU—SL304的油田智能化井场控制系统的构建方案。本论文完善了油田井场智能化的系统架构,从井场、站点到油田公司,使油田井场智能化成为一个完整的有机的系统。技术人员和操作人员可以足不出户,实现在井场油井的控制、故障分析、设备检测分析等功能;该设计能够促进数字化油田前进的步伐,降低了油田生产运行成本,提高油田能源开采的经济效率;该设计可以指导油田井场智能化的现场建设,通过选用安控的RTU—SL304,采集控制油田井场现场的终端设备信息,利用A11-GRM等无线网络通讯技术,传输给上位机,提高了油田生产运行的工作效率;该设计实现了安控RTU—SL304在油田终端的应用,为数字化油田智能化井场的发展开辟了新的思路,促进油田数字化管理系统的发展。通过在长庆油田现场的实地测试,该方案基本实现了油井数字控制需求,极大地改善了员工的工作环境和提高油田生产效率。
[Abstract]:As the development of oil and gas fields becomes more and more difficult, the original oil and gas field development system (which is characterized by professional division of oil and gas fields) has been unable to keep up with the requirements of the new situation and needs new ones. A comprehensive solution to existing exploration, evaluation, development, adjustment and management problems in oil and gas fields. Therefore, the intelligent construction of well site is more and more suitable for the development of oil field. With the demand of green, low carbon and economic environment protection, the demand for RTU products in more markets is increasing rapidly, and the functional requirements of RTU products are becoming more and more complete, and the performance requirements are becoming higher and higher. Promoted the automation control profession technical transformation and the industrial upgrading tide. The controller RTU-SL304 collects the surface indicator diagram information of the oil well, the oil well tube pressure information, the main electrical and mechanical parameters of the pumping unit and the electric quantity diagram information. It has the functions of remote starting and stopping control, interlude pumping control and so on. Also has the impulse times automatic adjustment and the balance automatic adjustment function. In this paper, the construction scheme of intelligent well field control system based on RTU-SL304 is established. This paper consummates the system structure of oilfield well field intelligence, from well site to oil field company, makes oilfield well field intelligence become a complete organic system. Technicians and operators can do well control, fault analysis, equipment detection and analysis in the well site without leaving the home, the design can promote the pace of digital oil fields, reduce the production and operation costs of oil fields, This design can guide the intelligent field construction of oil well field, through selecting RTU-SL304 of safety control, collecting and controlling the terminal equipment information of well field, using wireless network communication technology such as A11-GRM, etc. This design realizes the application of safety control RTU-SL304 in oil field terminal, and opens a new way of thinking for the development of digital oilfield intelligent well field. Promote the development of oilfield digital management system. Through the field test in Changqing Oilfield, the digital control requirement of the oil well is basically realized, and the working environment of the staff is greatly improved and the production efficiency of the oil field is improved.
