数字化抽油机控制技术与系统应用研究

【摘要】:低渗透油田具有油层储层渗透率低、丰度低、单井产能低等特点,油井供液能力与抽油机抽油能力不能有效匹配,导致抽油机空抽,造成电能的浪费。同时,传统抽油机在井场数据采集和数据传输方面不能满足低渗透油m数字化建设的需求。结合低渗透油田特点及数字化油田建设方向,对数字化抽油机控制技术与系统进行了深入研究。分析了传统抽油机在低渗透油田采油生产运行中的不足,确立了适用于低渗透油田的数字化抽油机控制方案,研究了基于人工yL经网络的智能间抽控制模型。采用STM32F205微控制器及相关元器件设计丫智能控制器硬件电路,包括语音提示电路、信息采集电路、间抽控制与平衡调节电路、冲次调节电路和433无线通信电路以及各个模块的通信接口。设计了智能控制器主程序,以及ADC采集、间抽控制、平衡与冲次调节、语音提示等子程序,完成/智能控制器程序设计。智能控制器对数字化抽油机电压、电流信号进行ADC采集,并通过程序计算得出系统实T 运行参数,实现数字化抽油机的间抽控制以及平衡与冲次调节。运行测试表明,数字化抽油机控制系统不仅实现了数字化抽油机的智能间抽控制和冲次与平衡的自动调节,节能效果显著。此外,系统还实现了数字化抽油机运行数据的无线传输和远程控制。数字化抽油机控制系统有效的解决了低渗透油m抽油机运行过程中存在的不足,充分满足了油田数字化建设的实际需要,具有重要实际意义和很高的推广价值。
[Abstract]:Low permeability oil fields are characterized by low reservoir permeability, low abundance and low productivity of single well. The oil well supply capacity and pumping capacity of pumping unit can not be effectively matched, resulting in empty pumping of pumping unit and waste of electric energy. At the same time, the traditional pumping unit can not meet the needs of digital construction of low permeability oil m in well site data acquisition and data transmission. Combined with the characteristics of low permeability oil field and the construction direction of digital oil field, the control technology and system of digital pumping unit are deeply studied. This paper analyzes the deficiency of traditional pumping units in the production and operation of low permeability oil fields, establishes a digital pumping unit control scheme suitable for low permeability oil fields, and studies the intelligent inter-pumping control model based on artificial yl network. STM32F205 microcontroller and related components are used to design the hardware circuit of Ya intelligent controller, including voice prompt circuit, information acquisition circuit, inter-pumping control and balance adjusting circuit. Impulse regulator circuit, 433 wireless communication circuit and the communication interface of each module. The main program of the intelligent controller is designed, and the subprograms of ADC acquisition, inter-pumping control, balance and impulse adjustment, voice prompt and so on are designed to complete the program design of the intelligent controller. The intelligent controller collects the voltage and current signals of the digital pumping unit by ADC, and obtains the real T operating parameters of the system by program calculation, which realizes the inter-pumping control, balance and impulse regulation of the digital pumping unit. The test results show that the digital pumping unit control system not only realizes the intelligent inter-pumping control of the digital pumping unit and the automatic adjustment of impulse and balance, but also has remarkable energy saving effect. In addition, the system also realizes the wireless transmission and remote control of the operation data of the digital pumping unit. The digital pumping unit control system effectively solves the shortcomings in the operation of low permeability m pumping unit, fully meets the actual needs of oil field digital construction, and has important practical significance and high promotion value.
