基于模糊物元法的我国石油企业核心竞争力综合评价研究

【摘要】：经济全球化的今天,石油企业间的竞争将更加激烈,石油企业应怎样塑造自己的核心竞争力参与国际市场的竞争,是每个石油企业,特别是我国石油企业应该认真思考的问题。要保证在竞争中占据优势地位,我国石油企业的出路只有一条,那就是积极培育核心竞争力,进而实现石油企业整体效益的最大化。通过对石油企业核心竞争力的评价研究可以为企业经营者提供一个新的战略发展思路。所以对石油企业核心竞争力的研究有很重要的意义。本文以核心竞争力理论为出发点,在文献研究的基础上,确定研究石油企业核心竞争力的重要意义,并通过核心竞争力理论和价值链理论为本论文的研究打下理论基础;进而分析石油企业的价值链,确定石油企业核心竞争力的形成过程,并分析影响石油企业核心竞争力的关键因素;接着结合石油企业特点和影响石油企业核心竞争力的因素构建了石油企业核心竞争力的评价指标体系,应用粗集理论对指标体系进行优化,确定最终的石油企业核心竞争力评价指标体系;再应用层次分析法确定了评价指标的权重,并应用模糊物元法,评价中国石油、中国石化、中国海油、BP、EXXON、SHELL的核心竞争力水平,对比分析,来找到我国石油企业提升核心竞争力的途径;最后,依据对评价结果,以优化指标体系为出发点,提出一些能够有效提升我国石油企业核心竞争力的对策和建议。
[Abstract]:With the economic globalization, the competition among petroleum enterprises will be more intense. How to shape their core competitiveness to participate in the international market competition is a problem that every petroleum enterprise, especially our country's oil enterprises, should seriously consider. There is only one way out for our petroleum enterprises to ensure that they occupy an advantageous position in the competition, that is, to cultivate the core competitiveness actively, and then to maximize the overall benefits of oil enterprises. Through the evaluation of the core competence of petroleum enterprises, it can provide a new strategic development idea for the enterprise operators. Therefore, the study of the core competitiveness of oil enterprises is of great significance. Based on the theory of core competence, this paper determines the significance of studying the core competence of petroleum enterprises on the basis of literature research, and lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper through the theory of core competence and the theory of value chain. Then it analyzes the value chain of petroleum enterprises, determines the forming process of the core competitiveness of oil enterprises, and analyzes the key factors that affect the core competitiveness of oil enterprises. Then combined with the characteristics of petroleum enterprises and the factors affecting the core competitiveness of oil enterprises, the evaluation index system of the core competitiveness of oil enterprises is constructed, and the index system is optimized by rough set theory. The final evaluation index system of the core competence of petroleum enterprises is determined, and the weight of the evaluation index is determined by AHP, and the core competitiveness level of PetroChina, Sinopec and BPXXONSHL is evaluated by using the fuzzy matter-element method. Finally, according to the evaluation results and the optimization of the index system as the starting point, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to effectively enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese oil enterprises.
