X区聚驱开发指标影响因素研究及开发指标预测

【摘要】:聚合物驱油技术已成为我国油田三次采油的主要方法之一,影响聚合物驱的开发效果的因素有很多,因此需要研究其主要影响因素并进行聚合物驱阶段的动态预测。根据单井的静态分类和井组分类标准将X区块的井组划分为A、B、C、D四类井组,然后对四类井组的实际生产数据进行统计分析得到了分类井组的注入参数、采出参数、注采比等开发指标变化规律,运用Eclipse软件研究了各因素对开发指标的影响。结合了灰色关联理论,对影响因素进行了分析,给出了主要各个影响因素的权重。运用增长曲线方法建立了聚合物驱含水变化和产油量变化预测模型,并对分类井组的含水变化和产油量变化进行了预测。根据实际数据统计及数值模拟分析研究结果表明;(1)渗透率、聚合物驱控制程度、聚合物用量、含油饱和度是影响聚合物驱阶段含水变化的主要因素;(2)聚合物驱阶段的采出程度的主要影响因素为聚合物用量、含油饱和度;(3)聚合物驱阶段的增油变化的主要影响因素为聚合物用量、控制程度;(4)A类和B类井组的存聚率下降缓慢,C类和D类井组的存聚率下降快,吨聚增油随着聚合物溶液的注入逐渐增加,到达低值期及回升期后趋于平稳;(5)分类井组的注入压力主要在含水下降期和含水低值期两个阶段上升,进入含水回升期后注入上升缓慢并趋于稳定;(6)分类井组的注入能力存在差异,A类和B井组的阶段平均注入速度较高,D类井组的阶段平均注入速度最低;(7)A、B、C、D四类井组在注聚初期均在补充地层亏空,其中A类和B类井组在进入含水回升期后的趋于注采平衡,而C类和D类井组一直未能达到注采平衡;(8)运用增长曲线方法建立了聚合物驱含水变化和产油量变化预测模型。
[Abstract]:Polymer flooding technology has become one of the main methods of tertiary oil recovery in oil fields in China. There are many factors that affect the development effect of polymer flooding, so it is necessary to study the main influencing factors and predict the dynamic state of polymer flooding stage. According to the static classification of single well and the classification standard of well group, the well group in block X is divided into four kinds of well groups, and the injection parameters and recovery parameters of the classified well groups are obtained by statistical analysis of the actual production data of the four kinds of well groups. The influence of various factors on the development index is studied by using Eclipse software. Based on the grey relation theory, the influence factors are analyzed and the weights of the main factors are given. A prediction model of water cut and oil production in polymer flooding is established by using growth curve method, and the variation of water cut and oil production of classified well groups is forecasted. According to the actual data statistics and numerical simulation analysis, the results show that the permeability, the control degree of polymer flooding, the amount of polymer, Oil saturation is the main factor affecting water cut change in polymer flooding stage. The main influencing factor of oil increasing change in polymer flooding stage is polymer dosage. The controlled degree of oil concentration is decreasing slowly in A and B well groups and decreasing rapidly in C and D well groups. With the injection of polymer solution increasing gradually, the injection pressure of the classification well group increases mainly in the two stages of water cut decline and water cut low value after reaching the low value period and rising stage. After entering the recovery period of water cut, the injection rate rises slowly and tends to be stable.) there is a difference in the injection ability of the classified well groups. There are differences in the injection capacity between the A well group and the B well group. The stage average injection rate of the D well group is higher than that of the D well group, and the stage average injection rate of the D well group is the lowest. In the early stage of polymer injection, they were replenishing the formation deficit, The A and B well groups tend to be injection-production equilibrium after entering the water cut recovery period, while the C and D well groups have failed to achieve the injection-production balance.) the water cut change and oil production change prediction model of polymer flooding has been established by using the growth curve method.
