适用于高温高盐油藏控水的耐温耐盐堵剂

【摘要】:针对常规堵剂耐温耐盐性能差,而难以满足高温高盐油藏控水进一步提高采收率的问题,研发了一种耐温耐盐(97℃,197.35 g/L)的延缓冻胶体系。该体系由耐温耐盐非离子聚丙烯酰胺PAM、有机交联剂HDAME组成,目标油藏条件下,优化的冻胶体系配方为(0.40%~0.50%)PAM+(0.12%~0.20%)HD+(0.12%~0.20%)AME,成胶时间在24~60 h。室内物理模拟实验表明,耐温耐盐延缓冻胶体系具有较好的剖面改善能力,采收率增值达到34.6百分点。采用环境扫描电镜(ESEM)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)探究了冻胶的微观结构和耐温耐盐性能,并从冻胶的交联机理、微观结构阐明了其耐温耐盐特性。
