双河油田深度调剖体系配方物模实验研究

【摘要】:随着油田的注水开发,我国很多油田都已处于中、高含水期开发阶段,油田综合含水达到80%以上。针对双河油田出现的储层非均质性差异较大,吸水剖面不均匀,层间干扰严重等问题,提出了一种弱凝胶深度调剖技术。该技术可以有效的改善地层的非匀质性,提高聚合物驱的波及效率,从而达到提高采收率的目的。现场试验也证明了开展深度调剖技术对于双河油田的“控水稳油”,提高采收率有着重要的意义,值得重视和推广本文根据地质资料从室内实验和理论分析等方法研究了双河油田地层清水配污水稀释的聚合物调剖技术。通过静态条件下弱凝胶体系成胶时间与强度分析分别筛选出三种调剖剂配方:高强度凝胶,成胶时间为较短;中强度凝胶,成胶时间中等:低强度凝胶,成胶时间较长。从以下几方面来研究配方的影响因素:主剂浓度对凝胶时间、粘度的影响;交联剂浓度对调剖剂成胶时间及粘度的影响;pH值对成胶时间以及成胶强度的影响;热稳定性的测定(成胶强度与成胶时间);抗剪切性测定(成胶强度与成胶时间)等。通过对弱凝胶调剖体系的温度、pH值、矿化度、机械剪切等影响因素的分析,得出在室内试验下交联调剖剂的性能评价。对深度调剖剂进行室内物模实验研究:实验室填制高、中、低渗透率的填砂管,将填砂管并联在一起,模拟地层的非均质性。通过注入不同浓度、不同PV数的调剖剂,在注剂及后续水驱过程中记录并联模型注入点压力数据和各管出油及出水量数据,最后进行数据分析得出提高采收率幅度和分流率随注入量的变化趋势。进行了单一聚合物调剖实验、不同段塞尺寸调剖实验以及不同配方的调剖实验。对实验结果进行对比研究。最终得出结论:1.根据不同配方实验结果,筛选出三种配方体系:低强度配方-聚合物1000-2500mg/L,交联剂150~200mg/L,成胶强度108.4-529.5mpa.s,成胶时间10天;中强度配方-聚合物1000-2500mg/L,交联剂400mg/L,成胶强270.7-1133mpa.s,成胶时间5天;高强度配方-聚合物1000-2000mg/L,交联剂600-1000mg/L,成胶强度1100-2380.7mpa.s,成胶时间4天。2.对三种弱凝胶体系配方进行温度、pH值、矿化度、机械剪切等影响因素的分析得出:80℃条件下三种配方体系的成胶性能不会因温度的限制而受影响,能够顺利交联,且其稳定性能良好;油田水矿化度对该三种配方体系的影响不大;双河陈化污水和新鲜污水的pH对成胶没有什么影响;三种配方在80℃的环境温度下的抗剪切性能比较好。3.研究了调剖段塞尺寸对调剖效果的影响,综合考虑采出程度增幅和分流率指标,在注入配方为聚合物2000mmg/L+交联剂200mg/L的情况下,0.125PV是最适合该油藏的配方。4.进行了不同配方下调剖效果的实验研究,结果表明:聚合物2000mg/L+交联剂600mg/L-0.125PV配方能使注剂前后高渗层分流率减少30%以上,并且对中、低渗层渗透率影响较小,可以达到封堵高渗通道、启动中低渗通的目的,满足项目的技术指标要求。5.进行了单一聚合物调剖实验,同时和注调剖剂实验进行对比和研究,结果表明:单一聚合物封堵高渗层能力较差,同时注单一聚合物的提高采出程度增幅也要低于注调剖剂增幅。
[Abstract]:With the development of water injection in the oilfield, many oil fields in our country have been in the middle and high water cut stage, and the comprehensive water cut of the oil field is above 80%. In view of the large difference in reservoir heterogeneity, uneven water absorption profile and serious interlayer interference, a deep profile control technique with weak gel is put forward. The non homogeneity of the good stratum improves the efficiency of the polymer flooding and improves the recovery efficiency. The field test also proves that it is of great significance to carry out deep profile control technology for water control and oil recovery in Shuanghe Oilfield and improve the recovery rate. It is worth to pay attention to and popularize this article from the laboratory and theoretical analysis according to the geological data. Methods the polymer profile control technology of water and sewage dilution in Shuanghe oilfield was studied. Three profile control agents were selected by the time and strength analysis of the weak gel system under static conditions, respectively: high strength gel, short gelation time, medium strength gel, medium gel time, low strength gel and longer gelation time. The influence factors of the formula: the influence of the concentration of the main agent on the gelation time and the viscosity; the influence of the concentration of the crosslinker on the time and viscosity of the profile modification agent; the effect of the pH value on the gelation time and the adhesive strength; the determination of the thermal stability (adhesive strength and gelation time); the shear resistance determination (when the adhesive strength and the gelation time) Through the analysis of the influence factors such as temperature, pH value, mineralization degree and mechanical shearing of the weak gel profile control system, the performance evaluation of cross-linking profile control agent under indoor test was obtained. The laboratory experiment on the depth profile control agent was carried out in the laboratory: the laboratory filled the sand filling pipe with high, medium and low permeability, and the sand pipe was parallel together to simulate the formation. Inhomogeneity, by injecting different concentration, different PV number profile control agent, recording the injection point pressure data of parallel model and the data of each tube out of oil and water in the process of injection and subsequent water flooding. Finally, the data analysis shows the trend of increasing the recovery rate and diverting rate with the injection quantity. A single polymer profile control experiment is carried out. The experimental results of the same slug profile control and different formula were compared. Finally, the results were concluded: 1. according to the experimental results of different formulas, three formula systems were selected: low strength formula 1000-2500mg/L, crosslinking agent 150 ~ 200mg/L, adhesive strength 108.4-529.5mpa.s, gelatin time 10 days; medium strength; The formula polymer 1000-2500mg/L, the crosslinker 400mg/L, the strong 270.7-1133mpa.s and the gelation time 5 days, the high strength formula polymer 1000-2000mg/L, the crosslinker 600-1000mg/L, the adhesive strength 1100-2380.7mpa.s, the gelation time.2. to the temperature of the three weak gel systems, the pH value, the mineralizing degree, the mechanical shear and so on. The results showed that the gelation properties of the three formulations were not affected by the temperature limit at 80 centigrade, and could be cross-linked smoothly, and its stability was good; the water salinity of the oil field had little influence on the three formula systems; the pH of the double river aging sewage and the fresh sewage had no effect on the gelation; the three formulations were at the ambient temperature of 80. The lower shear resistance is better than.3.. The effect of profile control slug size on profile control effect is studied. The increase of recovery and the index of diverting rate are taken into consideration. Under the condition of the injection formula of polymer 2000mmg/L+ crosslinker 200mg/L, 0.125PV is the most suitable formula.4. for the reservoir. The results of different formula reduction results are studied. The results show that the formula of polymer 2000mg/L+ crosslinker 600mg/L-0.125PV can reduce the diffluence rate of high permeability layer by more than 30% before and after injection, and has little influence on the permeability of low permeability layer. It can block high permeability channel, start middle and low permeability, and meet the technical specification requirement of the project to carry out a single polymer profile control experiment, at the same time and injection. The experiment of profile control agent is compared and studied. The results show that the ability of single polymer plugging high permeability layer is poor, and the increase in recovery of single polymer is lower than that of injection profile control agent.
